Overall, I had a good experience here.The service was great. The Pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Coleslaw seemed a little dry, but otherwise good. The chocolate pudding was so delicious!Tried both the BBQ sauce and Sissy sauce, they tasted exactly the same so not sure the difference there.
I don't know if it's hard to smoke meat, but they get 10.99 a half pound of Brisket. The meats are not consistent. Sometimes, it's dried out or undercooked. Most of the time it's pretty good. If something doesn't taste good, they do replace your meal . Try it!

Second time in a row I've been there and they where out of pulled pork. Worst part was the guy at the register this last time charged my card already and was going to just give me the item I ordered missing the pulled pork but still keep the extra charge for the meat. Wow, I had to request a Manger to refund the card... got a refund with receipt but the bank only shows the original purchase amount taken for the card, no refund.
Sunday dinner and they were out of so much. No pulled pork, no potatoes salad, no corn on the cob, no baked potatoes... it was a shorter list of what they did have. What they did have was not very good. Prime rib was over cooked...jalapeño cheddar sausage was room temp. Staff was not very helpful at all. Then to top it off when we finished and were walking out...people eating corn on the cob. I do have to say the restaurant was clean!

We have a big family and we come here all the time because the food is phenomenal. We had a small issue with our order... Alyzah was professional and prompt went above and beyond to resolve it, It was so unexpected but greatly appreciated...all with a smile on her face, you don't see alot of that anymore, she's a keeper...if i could give Rudy's 10 stars i would?
