I love Salad and Go and eat here at least 2-3 times a week. It’s easy, convenient & the staff is very friendly.I debated writing this review because things happen, but after today I will not be back. Took my salad home for lunch, but after a couple bites realized there were several fruit flies in it. Crawling around & flying out. I understand you have a lot of produce, but I don’t feel quality control is being taken seriously. I work in a restaurant and can’t imagine serving someone food with fruit flies in it, especially without noticing. I am absolutely disgusted.

I have Celiac so I walked up to the pickup window and chatted with Maddie who was amazingly patient and kind answering all of my questions about cross contact protocols. She was accommodating to my needs and went above and beyond to make me feel that my order would be prepared as safe as possible. Was pretty frustrated that we waited in the drive through line for breakfast and when I tried to order they said breakfast ended at 10:30 and it was 10:32. So you’re telling me the 2 cars in front of us got breakfast but because we had to wait for them to order we’re SOL. Lame.

Top notch food, service and concept. Have used both drive through and ordering online. Have mentioned this place to all my friends and family. We use salad and go over 3 times a week now even to get a Cesar salad with our dinner.
Great place for a healthy salad and very reasonable prices. Their lemonades are excellent - Blueberry Basil is the best. The staff here is always friendly. Lately they seem to be out of a lot of different items, but I know this tends to happen.

Sooo unfortuante ceaser wrap with no dressing. The only thing consistent about this location is its reliable inconsistency. I generally eat salad and go 5 times a week. This is by far the worst location I've been to and it's unfortunate because it's the closest location to my home. Been doing chic-fil-a salads a little more often because they are pretty consistent. Get it together over there.
Their jalapeno ranch chicken wrap is the best, and I crave it every week. It is so good that when I am running errands, I google the closest location to me! Lol, I buy two when I go so I can have another one the next day. My friend loves their breakfast burritos, too.

It takes way too long now in the drive-thru. It used to be really quick but now takes about 30 minutes in line during lunch. Great food and prices but it needs to be quicker, especially for people on their lunch break.

Rude service. No grreeting what so ever and basicly threw my food threw the window. my salad is only half full almost no lettuce. Also they are out of avocado.... here is a picture of my lacking lettuce bowl...
