How is it possible to be this bad? What happened to this chain? Used to frequent the one in Shreveport, while on assignment for months. Then I get here and the one in QC and now a visit here: total mess.Food: Do they even try? Burger is greasy and wife complained that her had an aftertaste. Fries had no flavor.Service: Well the ice machine was broken. Would have been nice if they told us that before charging us $3 for a drink. Then when we discovered it was broken, they said " the drinks are chilled". UM NO! They come out lukewarm. I just gave them the full cup back and took a bottle from the cooler. The cashier seemed miffed, but I am not drinking a warm soda for $3!Overall: I am burning off the gift cards I bought several years ago, I thought I would be done by now, but every time I eat this chain, I am never in a hurry to go back: so the GCs just sit around. I think I have about $50 left and then no more.

I was thrilled that Smash Burger offers gluten-free buns (or you can opt for no bun at all) and fries cooked with olive oil instead of soy oil. Our family has good allergies, which makes it tough to eat out. But Smash Burger can accommodate.

UPDATE: This location has never made a mistake on my orders, is quick, and the staff are very friendly! This is in stark contrast to the location on Queen Creek & Alma School. Great job guys. Totally recommend this location, plus the food is SOOOOOO good!The mushroom burger it's delicious and do are any of the other ones.

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life and since I was a kid I've always been a fan of mushroom burgers preferably with bacon when I get the chance I feel mushrooms on burger get a raw deal it's my go to burger and this place has perfected my love for their mushroom burger #1 the patty has that evenly seasoned grilled patty that fits the bun so the patty bun ratio is perfect. It's fallowed by a sauce that really compliments the mushrooms that are nice and evenly distributed across the burger it's a burger stop for me when I'm in the mood for a mushroom burger. Now for the chicken sandwich I don't know what to say it wasn't bad I'm just not really a chicken sandwich kind of gal the chicken was cooked nicely and it had all those nice fresh vegetables that you see on a healthier chicken sandwich version. Let's talk about French Fries shall we lol!! The fries here are out of this world for fast food French Fries that blow other burger chains away nice job!! So the next time you pass by one stop and try the best burgers and fries yet here in Arizona.

I was really disappointed in my experience at the Smashburger near Santan. A few weeks ago I ordered online a hamburger with no cheese because of a dairy allergy. However, I received the burger with cheese. I asked them to remake the burger without cheese and they made me pay for a new hamburger. Then, a few weeks later, I went back and ordered chicken tenders to go. When I got home, the chicken was not in the bag. I drove back to the store to get the food and asked for a discount and they couldn't give me one. I'm pretty frustrated with the experience I had and will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered three chicken tenders and fry's. I was only given two so I went to the front to ask for another tender and they refused to give me one. WHEN I PAIED FOR THREE!! 16$ meal to be ripped off. The cashier was very rude and hostile.

We are in a little bit of a hurry so we only ordered french fries and milkshakes that took 28 minutes and cost $20.. smashburger is forever off my list Good luck with your business.
Food was pretty good, I ordered the Brisket Burger with Smash Fries, and the fam ordered the Classic Burger, Chicken Tenders and the Veggie Burger along with Brussel Sprounts.Vegetarian options: The Veggie Burger wasn't half bad, and the Brussel sprouts were fairly good, although they appeared to be fried, which diminishes its healthy properties.

Food was great. I waited forever. No one hardly spoke to me. There were 6 tables with dirty trays on them. I was there for 30 minutes to pick up an order and not one of the tables was cleaned or cleared off during that time.

We walked in and there were 3 small tables with people. All tables were waiting for food as online orders were taken care of first. There were multiple dirty tables, despite being relatively slow. We waiting 5 minutes for someone to take our order, then proceeded to wait for over half an hour for food. We watched a customer tell people walking in how long they’ve been waiting for food, so many people proceeded to just leave. They should probably just close the seating area and become an online-only ghost kitchen.
