It has been several decades since I have tried Sonic and I made the mistake of finding out why. The gentleman who took my order had trouble communicating while taking the order. As I found that only began the issues. The order was for two SuperSonics, one without onion and one without mayonnaise, fries and cheese tots. Poor Sonic doesn’t have the volume of patrons of MickyDs or the King so special orders are “special”. After waiting 10 minutes at the pick-up window, where behind me another car came, got food and left, I received my order. No comment or apology for the delay. When we dove into the bag one burger had both onion and mayonnaise and the other had none. The fries and tots, not having been “special” had gotten cold during the burger prep delay. The chain is on its last legs and poor customer experiences will not help. Short the stock.

09/14/23 8:23pm, ordered 2 banana shakes and they tasted terrible, No real banana in it as advertised on their window. Also ordered a hot fudge sundae with peanuts. The peanuts were stale and sour and could no longer eat my sundae. Fries were room temperature and not fresh. Only good thing was the cherry limeade. I went to the drive thru window to ask for a refund. 9/25/23 still haven’t received a refund back into my card.10/6/2023 - Still No Refund10/16/2023 - Still no refund, I had to drive to this location and speak to a manager to have a resolution.

Unfortunately, this Sonic seemed understaffed. Almost 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and we were the first car in line. I felt bad for the young girl taking our order, she didn't seem familiar with the drink orders, and appeared overwhelmed. She was trying though! My granddaughter ordered a fresh fruit cream slush and there was no ice cream in it. The strawberries tasted like rubbing alcohol, so were probably old. She could not drink it. Definitely not going back to this location any time soon.

Will only come here for drinks. The food has gone so far down hill it's sad. And sadly, most of the time their app to order the 1/2 price drinks doesn't work. Service is very slow, can take 15-20 minutes to get 2 drinks that were ordered on the app.

I literally sat in line for 15 minutes. I could’ve made the food myself at home in less than 15 minutes. I mean come on people.UPDATE- I’ve gone to this place a handful of times (only Sonic near me) because I crave their tots and every single time I sit and wait for AT LEAST 10 minutes. Most times longer. By the time I get my food it’s either cold from sitting or the wrong food. The staff is always “busy” but I’m the only person in line??? Ridiculous

Tried the $3.99 special grilled cheese bacon cheeseburger with tots. It was pretty good, even better than expected, and the service was great! Pleasant young lady delivered our order with all the necessary accoutrements.

I like to order through the app since you get half price drinks all day. After you order you just pull into a stall tell the app which stall number you are in. And then they are SUPPOSED to bring you your food. This has happened every time I go to this location where I wait and wait and wait then press the button and tell them I put in the order through the app I tell them my name and they always say something like “oh my bad” then bring me my order 10 minutes later. It’s like they receive the order but don’t make the food until you physically tell them you are there. Which is what the app is supposed to do. I have never had any issue like this at any other Sonic location. Only this one. I will begin going to other locations now that the convenience of the app is gone.

Sonic has been doing $1.99 classic shakes in August. There are also 1/2 price slushes if you order in app. Everything has been fast and tasty though I'm glad the deal ends soon--for the sake of my waistline.

Oreo shake was good except there was way too much Oreo on the bottom . Don't know if that was not blended on purpose or accident . Most likely will be wary coming again

This is the first time I've ever been to a sonic and they had great customer service and got my order right ON THE FIRST TRY. I'm actually so impressed and the food was yummy! Got chili cheese tots, two slushees, jalapeño poppers, and jumbo chicken popper. Not to mention all the condiments were included. 10/10 recommend this location!

I came for some drinks, and the car hop was kind enough to give me a cup of cold water & ice for my dog. We have had a very brutal heat wave & even with AC my particular breed of dog was very uncomfortable.It was that little bit of service that makes me come back plus either Friday or Saturday night they have a local car clubs interacting with patrons. We love coming to get our route 44s & get to see the various cars.

Waited 30+ minutes for a single milkshake. Ended up not getting my food and leaving. Drove by and saw at least one lady inside on her phone. Avoid.
