Ordered a foot long meal. I presented the $8.99 coupon to the employee before they typed on the register computer. They said my total was $9.69 but I got charged $17 something. Employee said all they could do is let me keep the coupon. I asked for the manager, and she called the manager, and I got rang up again for the $9.69. Hopefully, this time she did it right and I get my refund... My sandwich was soggy after my sandwich sitting there and the bread was stale. Little bugs flying all over the place. Women's restroom key is lost, so had to use the men's which was not clean. Overall, won't be returning. No one wearing a hair net. The male employee with her was on his phone not helping. Tried to leave feedback using the Subway survey on the receipt and the link doesn't work.

Dudes need to learn flow. Switching off in between items in the same order to flip bread or do check out doesnt make it go faster. Being polite would go a long way. When I'm paying $78 for 6 sandwiches they could at least not sigh and huff about when asking them to toast/do certain steps.

Staff not very friendly. Not sure if both ladies behind the counter were having a bad day or what was going on? First of all I wasn’t greeted with a smile and I had to ask the first worker how she was doing, which she reluctantly replied, OK. Right then and there I should’ve walked out because the second lady was no better and it seemed they had no drive or energy at all. The vibes I got where they were just there for a paycheck and not to serve customers. I know we’re all human, but I won’t be back to this subway.

I love subway, you can make a sandwich the way you like. The only problem I got in here is how the staff treating the customer. Worst customer service. Also when the shop says close at 6 but the staff will stop serving at 530, like what? Rude and Lazy.

This one on my wed nights church trip is far better than the one inside a convenience store at priest & university. Subway stores, like Starbucks stores, have no atmosphere.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Not only do they have attitude but they charge you extra and don't get your order correct. I ordered a tuna sandwich the first girl added tuna, cheese and toasted it and then she went to the cash register and she charged me. THEN the second girl asks me what I wanted on my sandwich so of course I'm going to add what I was going to add on my sandwich, I added my veggies and the I added guac/avocado and so the second girl looks at me and says it's extra. So, I got charged twice, LISTEN I don't mind being charge for the avocado, what pisses me off is that they charged me after the fact, it's not my job to remind the cashier that I'm adding avocado so charge me extra, NO it's their job to complete the order AND THEN CHARGE!!! Also the second girl that started adding my veggies and stuff she was too worried about the avocado charge that she didn't even do my order correctly and she forgot my jalapeños!! I've been here a few times and I always see her she has red hair and for some reason she either hates me or her job but she's always rude to me. No clue why, I've never been mean or rude to anyone there. So sad and disappointing. DONT COME HERE!!!! I wish there was like a 0 star button somewhere!!
