Never had worse service at any other location. The employees were rude and completely incompetent. They also have special rules and don’t accept most coupons and institute exceptions to their standard coupons. Other customers in line also agreed the service and policies at this location are terrible!! Worth it to drive another mile or two to a different location.

Rudest and worst employees ever! Won't go back ever again. And it wouldn't hurt to clean the bathrooms once and a while!!

Literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Two of the crankiest employees took my party of 10's order. They had ZERO patience. Were yelling at my kids to hurry and blurt out their order. Did not want to be bothered to give us a fork, napkin or water cup. I have never seen anything like this. I wish I had their names. But I will never go back to this location again!!!! I spent $50 and had $45 in gift card we were trying to use from the app and the old lady was yelling at us to hurry and pay we couldn't even use them.

i did four footlongs. mostly all different however all the orders were practically the same. none of them had cheese, two were missing two toppings, and another was missing dressings. I notice a trend with the workers; young and moody that don't like making big orders but that's literally their job. like get a fucking grip! you applied to make sandwiches so make sandwiches the way they are ordered!

I am have been a regular customer at this subway location for nearly 2 years and the service has definitely declined recently. They recently had a manager change which has resulted in a lot of new and/Or different associates. My experience from my two recent visits to this location has not been good. The new crew is not friendly or as accommodating. I'm old school and think that customers should be welcomed to the establishment and thanked before leaving. There is a lot of competition in the fast food business and if I don't feel valued as customer then I'll spend my money elsewhere. I recommend going to a different restaurant.

The service here on 10/8/23 at 6:30 pm was the absolute worst. The two girls that are behind the counter made my friend and I feel like we were wasting their time, meanwhile we were the only customers they had inside the building other than a family that had already been helped and was sitting at the table eating. They were not kind and gave us attitude the entire time.

I can’t even explain how disappointed I am, I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches yesterday online during my lunch break when I got to work the sandwiches each had maybe 4 pieces of chicken each if that, and on top of that they didn’t even try to mask it with the veggies they were just as stingy with that. It sucks because subway has always been my favorite restaurant but I can’t say that’s true anymore. my coworker told me to order firehouse subs next time I think I might have to. Do not come here!! Save yourself and your money!!!! I would put zero stars if I could

Sandwiches are terrible typically and their website is idiotic. Why can't I see the ingredients for a sandwich while they are closed to notify somebody what I want tomorrow? I don't know and I guarantee they don't either. Terrible website for a company that makes too much to be this much of a P.I.T.A. Glad I did all this for a soggy sandwich
