The Stapley location could use a makeover. It feels compact. It's a very busy location and we've been coming for years. The wood look gives out dated. Need to open more windows allow fresh air and sunlight in. Too many mouths are opening not to have fresh air flowing. Restrooms are small.

Patio was apparently already closed on a beautiful Arizona evening , even though when we walked up we saw people on the outside patio and plenty of room, waited over 30 mins for a 15 min wait , highly unorganized and what seemed to be a bunch of new hires at the front check in . But the food at this location was better than any other TRH I have been to in a very long time, I normally avoid TRH but this locations food is hands down better than Stapley/60 location , make sure management keeps the cooks

Our server Chaz was absolutely amazing and we had no issues what so ever. The food was great and our drinks never empty.Vegetarian options: Absolutely delicious the fresh veggies.

Tonight we chose this location (Gilbert/Germann)because wait time was much shorter than location (Ray/Power) we prefer. After tonight I will choose the longer wait for a better choice. Food took FOREVER and when it finally arrived it was cold. I’m assuming he just forgot to check our order. And my son’s burger sliders were ordered “plain, meat and bread only” and my son repeated the order more than once. Of course his cold burgers came out with cheese. They put in a new order for them. We were finished and ready to leave by the time they came out. So we asked for them to go. Waited again for a to go box. Only positive I can say is they did deduct my son’s burgers from the bill.

HARD 2 OVERCOME
Horrible customer service at this establishment. Waited almost 20 min to be asked about drinks. Mentioned it was my mother's birthday, was acknowledged but then nothing was said or done. Asked how the food was and mentioned the steak was not good, very hard and chewy and he said oh I'm sorry and walked away. Not too happy or thrilled with the experience. Might as well pass this one up and go to another down the road.

Food is amazing and cooked to your preference. The rolls are ALWAYS a hit. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They constantly checked on us and kept on top of our refills. We had 3 birthdays, and the staff did not disappoint. Each of our birthdays got on the saddle! And don't forget to get some complimentary peanuts!
