Food is good, when they get your order right. Been there three times, everytime they botch the order. The last time they almost nailed it, but for the fact that I ordered my ribeye rare and wife ordered her filet med. Ribeye was med and filet was rare. Not ever going back

After having my meal prepped incorrectly they delayed returning it to me for 10 minutes after, obviously , only throwing it into the microwave and ruining it. Everyone else had already nearly completed their meals.They also had a bad attitude about it and the manager dropped it at my table and didn't even acknowledge me nor the issue. Not a word.Had I not been with a family member who was intending on paying for the meal and marking a special occasion I absolutely would not have paid for the ruined, delayed meal. Unacceptable customer service and food.I usually have a great experience at the Keg and never ever complain but this was just a bad example and attitude toward customer service.Otherwise the rest of the food was good, according to the members of my party as was the dessert.

Such an amazing place! Ambiance and music were perfect and the food was incredible! If you're looking for a great steak this is your place. It's a little pricey but well worth it!
The food was good. I went in with really high expectations, though. Also, the price demands the very highest quality. My prime rib was very good. My crab cake was okay, and I wasn't really blown away by the sauce it came with. My daughter had a burger, and to be honest, there are fast-food fries that are better. My wife's chicken was very good, but our favorite thing was the sauce that came with it. Mixed with our mashed potatoes, it made it sing! I wish the potatoes came with that sauce by default, that was the thing that hit all the notes we would expect for the money. Honestly, I'm not sure if we'll be back. For that money, we have other favorites that we like better, but it's certainly a very good choice.

Had an awesome time at Restaurant Keg! The food was top-notch, but what really stood out was the service, especially from the kitchen manager, Kevin. We had a little mix-up with our order, and Kevin jumped right in to fix it. Super impressed with his quick thinking and how he made sure we left happy. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was great and when I'm back in Arizona I will eat there again.I live in New Mexico.And the prime rib doesn't taste as good as what I eat there. A waitress was awesome.

Went for my 55th birthday, service and atmosphere was perfect but a $52 filet was miserable. Ordered without the bacon wrap, it came with bacon, second try was dry, and overcooked. Maybe they pulled the bacon off and tossed it on grill again? It came back in 5 minutes so, not long enough to cook another. The potatoes were mediocre and not hot. The veg was broccoli and BEETS. Never heard of that, and the broccoli was closer to raw than warm, but the beets were overcooked and tasteless.Let me say, they definitely took care of us for the problems, and we had a nice time. Server was PERFECT.. and the manager too but, the best part was the vanilla ice cream on the side of the cake for dessert. So, if you’re gonna spend $200-300…. This for us tonight… wasn’t the place to do it.
