Upon walking in the employees took the time to give me a run down of the menu. I was impressed that so many of the ingredients are made in house. I ordered the birthday shake and it was beyond decadent. I love sweets but one shake is shareable. The toasted mallow topper on the shake was my favorite part. I came here to sign the PP petition but will definitely be back for their amazing desserts, staff, and cute store!

Went here three different times. First time was okay- got some attention from workers because they were having a business meeting in the front. Second time I went I got side eyed from a teenage girl who worked there instead of getting greeted. Stood there for a few minutes before I was helped. Third time was the same. Stood around for a bit before I was helped. Received attitude from the older woman who helped me. Was hesitant to post a review since the owner has attacked people for leaving negative reviews in the past. I tell all of my friends that this place is overhyped and not worth the visit, despite it being advertised all over social media.

i absolutely LOVE LOVE LOOOOVVEEE this place!! if i could give this place more than 5 stars i so would!! i ordered the frozen hot chocolate shake and it was exceptional ? my boyfriend got the happy camper and that shake was also phenomenal !! i HIGHLY recommend their shakes (coming from a fellow sweet tooth (; i love my sweets) they also have other desserts but the shakes are my favorite, if i could come everyday i would. a solid 11/10!! also the employees are super sweet and welcoming ! they look like they genuinely love their job! recommending this place to everyone that visits AZ!

I really enjoyed my visit at this woman-owned treat store. The interior has a fun and vibrant ambience- with colorful slogans/signs that celebrate inclusive love. It made me feel happy to be there, and the cashier working there was very friendly and welcoming, and even took time to answer customers' questions about the menu instead of rushing. Once you're done ordering, either they offer cardboard boxes to keep your sweet snack fresh and intact to-go, or there are a medium amount of tables to sit at. There are low tables and also bar-style tables with high stools to choose from.In terms of the food- there's quite a few options- ranging from packaged snacks on the shelves and freshly made marshmallow/sweet treats. They also have a-la-carte items like cupcakes and cakes in their glass display, but those do sell out fast (so make sure to come earlier for those). I ended up getting the toasted smores (graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow), and it was nice how we were able to also customize how toasted we wanted the marshmallow. It was so good- and a reasonable size for the price. It wasn't overly sweet which was nice, and I loved the crispy edges of the marshmallow.Overall, excellent service, ambience, and food! A sweet end to my weekend!Parking: There's a medium amount of parking- with about 2-3 rows of parking. The plaza where this place is located is quite long so you could always park further down and walk a minute or two. The store is located toward the far left o the plaza.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the assorted colorful treats here including the unicorn mallow pie.Wheelchair accessibility: They have accessible parking in front and there's an accessible ramp to get up from the parking lot to the entrance.

Love this place! Love their treats for stocking stuffers over the holidays and love them for sweet treats with my grandson plus so many other occasions. Also love that the owner gives shoutouts to other local businesses and especially love that she openly supports freedom and human rights! Toasted Mallow is my all time favorite dessert spot! They are LGBTQIA+ friendly and support the local communities within various events that they attend! As an AZ resident, I appreciate that the owners are involved in women's legislation and supporting planned parenthood along with other small businesses. The owner Tricia is absolutely amazing and has come up front to say hi on multiple occasions when I come in! Their team is friendly and always willing to work with me in regard to catering orders.
