I LOVE Topo! Truly one of the most iconic places in Gilbert—a must-try. The line is usually reasonable and so are the prices. I especially love the Topo Loco—not too spicy, but definitely spicy enough!! The elite is great, and they customize for my lactose-intolerance well every time I’ve been. The outdoor seating nearby is SO cute, and although it might not be optimal for the summer heat, it’s good all other times of the year! They sell Topo shirts inside Joes BBQ, and I still want one and regret not getting one!Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant, and they’re pretty good at customizing, although you’ve gotta know you’ll miss out on some things if it’s not worth the stomachache for you. The elite is worth the stomachache for me.Parking: The parking lot is in the back of all the restaurants. A little hard to find. There’s also a public parking garage around the corner and down the street.

It's quite a long line usually, but for the most part I see why! Their ice cream is delicous! I got the prickly pear/vanilla twist dipped in lime (the lime tastes like fruity pebbles a lil). Loved it! I had the pork burrito and I gotta say I love the fritos. Adds great texture and a pop of corn flavor. I wish it was a touch more salty/had more of a flavor present. I also had the elote/corn cup with brisket and that was so yummy! I'd happily come here again.They have tables outside to eat at and clean restrooms as well

The burritos here are delicious. We are also obsessed with the prickly pear soft serve. Sooooo good!!! Service is quick and the people are super nice... plus, you can't go wrong with the family-friendly atmosphere at Joe's to sit and enjoy your food!

Unfortunately they were out of their prickly pear soft serve flavor leaving vanilla as the only option and the prickly pear dip lacked any flavor. $4 and change. Not really worth a second visit with so many other options on the strip. Service was unusually slow for having three people behind the counter and only one person taking ice cream orders.

I order the loco burrito without meat every time and it is delicious! I love the combination of sweet and salty (corn and chips). I have tried to make this burrito at home many times but it’s never as good.
