Love Torchy's Tacos, but have had ongoing issues at this location. Last Friday we went in for lunch and ordered migas tacos, chips and queso, and an airstream salad. Got the chips and queso and then the manager came out to tell us they couldn't make the salad because they had no lettuce. She offered to get us tacos instead, but my friend is eating no carbs, so there wasn't an alternative. The manager apologized, took my name, and said she was going to refund the order and even gave me my migas tacos to go. All good - until no refund was ever processed and there is no way to reach anyone for assistance. I called at 11 am on Monday and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I finally hung up. Then I submitted a contact request online and asked to be contacted - crickets. I will be following up one more time for the promised refund before opening a dispute with my card company.Previously we ordered the chips and queso here (a favorite), but it arrived missing the green chilis and guacamole. I asked them about it and was told they were out of them... Why was I not told this and why was I charged full price for a menu item that is missing key ingredients???

I stood inside the restaurant for 10 minutes and not a single employee came over to clean the table I was standing by or to ask if I needed anything. This set the tone for the rest of the visit.You go to a register to order your food where they request your tip before you've even been waited on. And after having no one approach me for 10 minutes I wasn't really inclined to leave a tip at least not until I actually had some service.The food was okay but nothing to write home about. The elote was not good at all.I am not really inclined to go there again.

My partner and I got 4 different types of tacos. Honestly, I didn't feel like any of them were great. They're affordable and I like the atmosphere of the place.I believe we got the tipsy chick, democrat, chicken fajita, and brush fire. We got those 4 tacos, a fountain drink and a side of street corn and Mexican rice. Around $32.00. Not bad food, but i was supirzed at thr lack of taste with all the ingredients.

The only thing here that was decent was the queso. Ordered the avocado taco and they didn’t even warm the tortilla, the toppings in it were comparable to Taco Bell, and the avocado was not fried in the least bit. The taco of the month didn’t have what it claimed to have and their democrat and Barbacoa tacos were so salty. Probably the worst $50 wasted this month.
Very picky about my Tacos and decided to give Torchy’s a try by referral!!! Had the Green Chili Pork! Didn’t disappoint!!!My one and only request. You have to offer FRESH Jalapeños and NOT Jar.Fresh Mex must = Fresh Jalapeño.
