The food is amazing and most the girls are super kind… There is one girl by the name of kylie i believe, her coworker called her this, and she is one of the rudest workers i’ve seen. She rolls her eyes at customers and makes you feel inhumane. Customer service is something simple, and if this is hard for someone like her, please don’t be in this industry. Normally I wouldn’t make a review like this, it just really angered me to see how she was treating her coworkers. Disappointed to say the least. Hope this gets back to the manager.

For a chain smoothie shop, their flatbread sandwiches are pretty good. A reasonable portion, a reasonable amount of meat. It was tasty, which is all I could ask.Service was friendly and quick. A good experience.

I love tropical smoothie but what I love even more is the service. The nice ladies that work there always are so patient and kind and give great recommendations! I always see the blonde girl at the register and never fails to put a smile on my face!
The food and smoothie was delicious, but there was a hair in the lid of my smoothie. It was disgusting.

Seriously some of the best pita wraps I have ever had in my life. From a smoothie cafe. I’d honestly take their bacon/chicken mango sandwich pita wrap over a stake dinner. I almost feel like I should give up my man card for saying that. But seriously. Insanely good.

When everything is prepared correctly, this place is amazing! The problem is, it is RARELY prepared correctly. Out of the last 10 visits, only twice was my order fully correct. I guess I'm the fool for continuing to hope they'll get better.Some consistent issues are:- Missing ingredients in sandwich- Food is not fully heated so cheese is not melted and sandwich is cold- Missing side- Smoothies always taste different, likely missing an entire ingredient sometimesI usually face two of the above issues each order, but this last time had all 4 boxes checked. Time to finally give up on this place I suppose.

tropical smoothie cafe is my go to good but overpriced food place. It's like the mcdonald's of smoothies, you know it's not that good quality and over priced and it's kind of a gamble, you either get your food made by the hands of god or by your worst enemy....but you still go back. I love the flat breads and wraps (kinda) but this last time i decided to be healthy and get a salad which was a big mistake. Way to small for the price, topping we're crappy and the lettuce was wilted... like all of it. I got the bottom of the barrel lettuce, anyways my point here is to not get the salads here.
