UNSANITARY!So today i tried to order through the drive thru. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a large drink, plain. They didn't put mayo on it and they put tomato and lettuce on it. Went inside after this and they offered to fix it for me.After this moment I did not realize that what they'd done was take the chicken sandwich back to the assembly line and pull the lettuce and tomato off.This immediately brings into question a very very large amount of health concerns. The manager was nice enough to give me a refund and not cause a fuss, and said he would talk to the cooks, so I suppose problem solved. Food that's left the kitchen and then being handled by me, and back to the cooks to "fix" is an opportunity for a significant amount of bacteria to spread. Especially since I tend to get oily at work.

Wendy's chicken sandwich was crispy as one would expect. It included a leaf of lettuce. The chicken was moist on the inside. The sandwich was wrapped pretty tightly and nicely so when I pulled it out the sandwich didn't fall out.

No lines, food came out quickly and was hot. Restaurant eating area was clean. I wanted to try the "pretzel baconator", it was delicious. My only negative observation was that one of the toilets was clogged in the Women's restroom. I noticed that an employee used that restroom but made no effort to address the issue. Otherwise, it was a good fast food experience.
I showed up 40 minutes before they closed. But because they want to go home exactly at Midnight and not a minute after. I asked for a chocolate frosty and they said they are not doing frosty at the moment and so I was going to get the burger by itself and pulled up to the window and pulled cash and the little kid said we are only excepting card payments. Basically already counted the till down and was just offering service that didn't inconvenience them and there ability to go home. Why work this shift of it's too much for you. I don't live in this area but the Wendy's by my house is always busy and great reviews because they don't have children managing the facility.
