Food poisoning. Chicken lettuce wraps killed my sisters stomach the next day. That was all she ate. My mom and aunt hated the walnut shrimp. We did tell the owners daughter. The dish was sopping soaked in sauce. I dont know what happened but this was our #1 Asian spot for years now we won't go back. Plus the owners wife served us and added their own tip to the bill with only 3 adults. Not a big party who does that!

The spring egg rolls come in 2 for $6 were wet and soggy, the egg drop soup and no egg just broth and a few kernels of corn. Ridiculous prices for such inadequate food. I would like my money back.

Everything about this place was amazing. We were a party of 8 with some picky eaters and everyone raved about the food. Definitely will be back and will tell others.

Wild Ginger Asian Bistro is located in an aesthetically pleasing strip mall in Gilbert and the decor inside is simple but clean. It felt a little dark inside, but low lighting obviously doesn’t impact your food at all!Our server was exceptionally kind and patient with our daughter that came with us. She brought out her fried rice ahead of our mains to help manage our busy toddler. That was greatly appreciated and thoughtful. We ordered the egg rolls which are HUGE. I mean absolutely massive and thick, which made it difficult to really enjoy the crispy shell. The flavor of these was good, but the ratio of filling to shell is off due to the size of them.Chicken lo mein was about what I expected but not as tasty as I secretly hoped it would be. The noodles were well cooked as were the veggies, but it was more oily than flavorful. It left me a little disappointed. The shrimp pad thai had a sweeter flavor and wasn’t very spicy which was surprising. All in all, this was a decent place to dine it. I don’t know that I’d drive out of the way to eat there again, but I can see this place being a local go to for quick Asian cuisine.Kid-friendliness: Staff were patient with our toddler and even brought out her food ahead of mains to keep her busy and happy!

Generous portion of very tasty Hong Kong style fried noodles. Service was fast and efficient. Clean, nicely decorated restaurant in an upscale strip mall.Parking: Located in a very nice area at Higley Road.

My family and I did not enjoy the food in this place. Portions are big, but taste is not authentic. While waiting for the restroom, you could hear the kitchen staff cursing in spanish and laughing loud, which is no professional.
