I had a 3:45 pick up for 90 wings that was placed a week ago. Showed up at 3:50 and was told that my order had 16 orders ahead of me. Why do they let you order and pick a time if they can’t have your order ready. This location is one of the worst when it comes to customer service.

The bathroom very cleanly and the place itself is very cleanly, and empty oddly. The food was amazing, Aiden and Kearstyn were also very kind and welcoming and were able to calmly and politely answer all of my siblings questions , 5 star review!!Kid-friendliness: my siblings ask a lot of questions and they were polite and patient.

I will never visit this location again. We came in and ordered wings a day or two after Thanksgiving there was a member of this staff i'd noticed wearing a gun in his waist band. I am not sure for the necessity of an employee carrying a gun on his person that is visible to customers for any reason. He was not security he was a young gentleman in a polo shirt, I can't believe they would allow and employee of any sort towork like this. They need to review their cameras and make sure that employee is not allowed to work with a fiream. As a resident of Gilbert I hope corporate looks into why this was taking place at Wingstop and can ensure their customers safety upon ordering food from this establishment..

Always dirty. They steal your money after not giving you what you order. Then refuse to refund you. I am shocked that this place is still open.
Came in at 530pm to get food to go. It’s now 610pm.There’s literally 2 other people here. If you want wings, be prepared to wait or order online ahead of time. Not sure what the hold up is with 5 people working… this is insane. The time is now 6:35pm and I am home. I took a bite of my first wing and the sauce was delicious, however, the wing was slimy so I am now having to heat them in the air fryer. If you are reading this, please consider going to another location or just going elsewhere. I will not be going back to this location.

When we first walked in there was 2 people sitting down and they said they had been waiting almost an hour for there food. The customer service was okay they were polite but when they were talking to each-other they were using inappropriate profanity and messing around in the kitchen. I definitely should've looked at the reviews before coming. Just a bunch of teenagers. The manager should not be allowing this type of behavior. And we've been waiting 50 mins as of now. 2/10 do not recommend. The man cooking the wings was not wearing gloves which is extremely unsanitary. It doesn't matter if there touching the wings or not.

Got here at 10:55 10 min after opening, ordered a simple combo, and it's been 30 minutes and I still haven't received my food. They said it was gonna take 15 min, which was fine for me, since I'm understandable. But 30 min is way too long, especially since I'm the ONLY customer. Been patiently waiting in this empty shop. Would not come back.
