I was here about a week ago and I saw one of the waitresses walking out the door to the customers and heard her yelling about them not tipping her. Both girls were dressed very inappropriately for a workplace. Leggings, crop tops, and slides should not be acceptable at your place of work. The servers had an attitude when I caught the attention of one of them to ask questions, for refills, and for my check. This was the worst service I’ve had in a long time, and I will definitely not be coming back.Vegetarian options: I asked about the vegetarian options and the only option they had is made with chicken broth, not veggies.

Came to eat dinner because we were there a long time ago and remember it being good. One of my son's wanted Pho and the other one wanted Sushi. Well, they told us no sushi - strike one. We ordered Pho X3 and a Grilled chicken plate. Pho broth was super heavy on the Cinnamon - strike two. We finish eating and get the check. 2 dishes have one price one the menu and a higher price on the check. My wife goes and talks to the front. No apologies, one of the girls just said oh, our computer has it this way. The difference came out to $8.00, not a big deal, but they could have made an effort to fix the issue with us with good customer service. We decided not to leave a tip. We come out and get into the car. We see a waitress run outside the restaurant, my wife opens the door and asks her if we forgot something? Here is where their waitress stepped up the customer service and yelled:" ... If you are not going to tip, do not come back ..." Bravo, way to go girl. Thank you for the fantastic service and helping us to NEVER come back to your cheating restaurant. I wish you more and more reviews like this.

Used to be amazing until the owner started getting hammered on shift and drinking with customers. Last time we went in the doors were open but literally no one was operating the business. Stood there for 10 minutes in silence until we left. Won't be back.

Tried PHO for the first time ever here! Food was excellent, staff is very friendly and accommodating, great menu selection, and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to try Vietnamese cuisine!

Food was really good, Services kinda sucked! We waited 25 minutes exactly to get our order in, and the place wasn't even packed/busy. Our food took approximately 30 minutes to arrive at our table. Over all, it was worth the wait.

This place was horrible. The food was raw and it didn’t look like it was cooked properly, not to mention but to check out and to get the food took a really long time (by the way, it wasn’t even crowded.)

Didn’t give us utensils. Had to ask twice. You can’t eat soup with a fork. Ordered grilled chicken and white rice for the kids. Chicken was RAW. PINK! The man that waited on us was rude never checked on us about the food. He actually took our orders and sighed when he walked away. Also would not to my black husband and argued with us over a spoon instead of a fork for soup. If there was a -star I would have done that. Definitely not worth the aggravation and 71.$$ for two bowls of pho and raw chicken with rice.
Food and Customer Service is excellent. Great music choices and lovely settings for families and friend groups.

Very friendly staff and the Pho was very good. In Vietnam they serve it for breakfast but we had it for lunch and it was great. Spent an hour and a half relaxing. By the way, they have a long bar. If you have never had Pho...you should.

As of 6/4/22 they will be closed til July for remodeling. This is according to someone answering the number listed here on Yelp. We will be back for the reopening. Perfect Pho!
