Ordered wonton tacos that were not made correctly and and had to be remade. Tacos still came out incorrectly. Ordered all fryer food and the food took 30 minits and it's was over cooked and fried too hard. The plates looked horrible and the server still tried to serve them to us. Worst Applebee's I have ever been to and I just moved here. Service and food was bad.

It was after the lunch rush when we were there. Took a while for the hostess to to come out from the back to seat us. We were the third table for our server. One already had food second was waiting for another person. She took our order before the table waiting for last to join them, and took their order after putting ours in. That table was getting their food before we even got our appetizer. Our soup came first then the app and food less than a minute getting our other food

We came here for lunch at 1:15pm on a Thursday for lunch. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin and asked for medium rare. The steak came out medium well in the center, outer parts well done. It was seasoned okay, but due to how tough the meat was it was not pleasant. I also ordered boneless wings and those were good. Garlic mashed potatoes were decent. Service was sparse even though they only had 3 other tables seated at the restaurant. Drinks were rarely refilled. If there is another Applebee's within driving distance with a better rating, then go there instead.

Went there for lunch by myself. After the hostess finally appeared out of nowhere, I was told it would be at least 15 minutes. There was a whole row of empty, clean tables. Hostess told me the waitresses needed a break. I normally don't walk out, but after one bad experience after another, I did. I don't know what I was thinking to even go there. It will most likely be the last. Once upon a time, Applebee's had good and courteous service. Not any more.

Food and drinks were awesome. Our service worker was quick and friendly and had things very organized. My friend had a major anxiety attack while there as there was a lot of people that night. Instead of the employee being upset that we wanted to leave shortly after arriving, he was very helpful and respectful to the situation and helped us get everything handled to continue on with our night.

Men’s restroom had Nats covering the sink, very musty smell almost hard to breathe!!!! floors are extremely disgusting and need to be cleaned. Bar area had crumbs all over it.(it was not like it was busy either) food took a very long time to show up, boneless wings were cold, artichoke dip was not fresh, quesadilla was overpowered by the lime and the cheese was burnt and not a good burnt! Mozzarella sticks were the best part and that is not saying much. Trying to get a server was hard, She spent more time playing on her phone and showing it to co-worker then doing her job. (And just because it’s you’re Friday does not mean you can slack in your duty while at work.
The waitress took a while to bring our drinks and food even though the food was ready for a while because it came to us cold. Service needs a lot of work.
