This is the second time I’ve gone to this specific location. First time about a year ago, credit card machine was down and I couldnt get a drink.Today, 8:15am. No one inside, lights off. The door and Google say it opens at 8.At least I could hear the sweet sweet melody of The Reason by Hoobastank playing inside.

I have been a regular at onestop at 59the Avenue and the loop 101 for more than 2 years now and never have I had a worse experience than last week. I came in to grab a meal replacement protein shake and a case of pre workout after my workout at eos fitness next door and not only was the worker extremely unhelpful, but she was also very rude and the most unprofessional worker at this store that I have ever delt with. Not only was she hitting her vape pen when I walked in but she was also on the phone cussing up a storm while I was trying to get help from her. She mislead me and sold me the wrong preworkout brand and she also made my meal replacement protein shake with peanut butter after I told her I had an allergy and argued with me about it for several minutes. I would really appreciate it if she can be handled. She was a young girl with black hair and a wrist tattoo. Thank you and I hope i can continue my patronage at onestop nutrition.

Got a card that says buy 1 Smoothy get 1 free. Walk in for a meal replacement, but i unfortunately didnt read the fine print. Valid for Value of Nutritional Shake. Didnt know fine print was a thing for a nutrition store. Pretty lame

I love One Stop shakes and I frequent other locations (ones near 83rd) however this one is closest to me so I have gone a few times. Every time I go, the shakes are so ICY! I feel like I'm drinking icy oat milk? I get chocolate with peanut butter as well as banana at times- so how the flavor is barely there, I have no idea. After the third time getting an icy shake I asked them to remake it with less ice if possible? They said it was because I get oat milk (which is not true because I do not have this issue at any other store) then proceeded to put more oat milk in the shake and reblend it. I told them that it does not taste like the flavoring at all because of the excess amount of ice in it as well as the now excess oat milk, and if they could add more of the flavor. They did and it was fine, but to feel belittled by some men with bad attitudes because they don't know how to do their job and want to talk to each-other rather than do their jobs is not my definition of a good time. Will not go to this location again and I'm not surprised by recent bad reviews.

I've been frequenting here on and off for many years. I was really disappointed when I came in on a Tuesday morning and received subpar service. I had inquired about their whey alternative powered for their smoothie and the employee did not know what it was. She assumed it was soy based but didn't bother to check. When I told her I was allergic to whey and avoid soy she basically shrugged her shoulders and said she was sorry but she assumed it's soy based since it's a whey alternative. I ended up leaving empty handed. Sad. Because they have good smoothies. I thought about it more and am now wondering why she didn't offer to check the ingredients and also why she didn't know for fact if it's soy based or not.
Very dissatisfied with our service today.My girlfriend, sister, brother-in-law and I stopped in and purchased some shakes after our workout. We spent a short time drinking our shakes inside and talking, out of the way of other customers that came in.After a few minutes, the worker behind the counter told us we couldn't stay if we weren't going to buy anything and that we were loitering.Funny since we'd just bought shakes from this location. Additionally, we saw no signs saying "no loitering".I've been a loyal customer of one-stop for some time but this makes me heavily consider not coming back. Evidently, they don't want their customers spending too much time in the store unless we're going to shell out more cash.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! There is no "hello" and when we walked up to the counter for a shake, they act like your inconveniencing them from doing ABSOLUTELY nothing at all! Honestly, if your not getting a shake by a bunch of unhappy people , just buy your stuff on AMAZON because at least the delivery drivers are hard workers and smile when you see them!
