I called this location to check if they have any cream cheese. The employee told me they do. I proceeded to order through door dash. When the order got here o received everything but cream cheese. I had hot salsa cheese dip, cheese dip, and icing. Mind you I ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzels. DON'T order anything online unless your picking it up yourself! Clearly no one knows how to read at Auntie Anne's

We did a lot of shopping this morning in the mall and I was very hungry ( Shopping is hard work! :). As soon as we walked out of Macy's department store I saw Auntie Anne's and this was just what I needed it to get me through until I go home. The pretzel was delicious and it was only $6.00. I don't drink soda so I asked for a water and she gave me a nice glass of ice water for 50 cents. I had a great experience and I felt much better since I ate my auntie Anne Pretzel- I am no longer hungry :)

Every time I’ve been to this store the employees are amazing and the pretzels never miss.
My son wanted mini pretzel dogs. We also purchased a Cherry Icee and a medium Sprite. 10 minute wait on the mini pretzel dogs. I asked for a price on a refill of the Spite because I had finished it while waiting. $3.19 on the original price $1.10 on the refill not a big deal, just wished y’all could have comped the refill instead of only saying “sorry for the wait”. Probably won’t go back here.

Stale pretzels. Poor service. Manager didn’t know what prices were and said that what was posted not updated. Guess they can charge whatever they want that day

I ordered 4 pretzels ? they were sitting and the bottom was actually burnt. Usually 2 pretzels are not enough and my kids didn’t eat any. I went to return it and they replaced my pretzels with burnt nuggets. My mom used to be a manager when I was kid at this place. It was the worse auntie Anne I’ve ever had. I might have to become a wetzels guy after this. Super sad they went downhill
