I was a little scared to order my son’s birthday cake here because of the negative reviews about the cakes. I think they did a nice job decorating it, it tasted good, and was ready on time. i would order here again.

Their big advertisement is "Custom Cakes in 24 hours!". Not! The absolute minimum they give you is 48 hours, and you're extremely lucky if they don't cancel it on you.

Ordered online and had the time to pick it up showed up no call or message to let me know it wasn't ready until an hour later and very sloppy message on it very disappointing not ordering from here again.

As I do every year, I buy my birthday cake from Baskin-Robbins. Unfortunately this year I received a ice cream cake that was freezer burned. I spoke to mangment they said to come in tomorrow to pick up a new cake or would I like a refund. I picked a new cake. When I got there no cake was waiting for me. So then I asked for a refund. Unfortunately they must not have put the receipt on the cake. The kid working said he needed to wait for his manager. The manager is only there maybe 30 minutes a day. It's extremely hard to catch him. I been waiting for him to call me now for 2 days. I have my credit card receipt. I'd appreciate anything at this point. Completely ruined my birthday. Thanks

This review is a shout out for Elijah, Awesome customer service skills buddy thank you so much for going above and beyond. As a doordash - driver I run into a lot of rude Workers late at night especially when they are closed. But not in this case as Elijah was walking out after the store was closed and locked up I let him know I was a Doordash driver and there was an order that was placed and he went and got it happily. I cannot provide good customer service unless you provide good customer service So once again thank you for going above and beyond And helping me do my job we need more workers like you
