I e heard really excellent things about this location so I thought I'd give it a shot. EXCELLENT. FAST. I wasn't yelling to be overheard the music and the barista was so pleasant (I wish I had gotten her name). I ordered the Sugar Free Fuel, which is their energy drink, and had them add some Sugar Free Strawberry with it. The medium size is 20 oz and the drink is under $10, so I splurged on some of their donut holes glazed with vanilla. Oh my word!!! So good! I'll be returning.

Love LOVE Black Rock Coffee Bar! The coffee is amazing and so is the staff here at the Glendale 67th ave/ bell rd location. Always great service, drink prices are cheaper than Starbucks and less points are needed for free drinks! Amber is our favorite barista, always smiling and friendly, and very professional ! She remembered our names and drink orders after just a few days. We adore her. We are hooked on the coffee and the fuel drinks as well, and this is our favorite location ! Highly recommend!

We were running around running errands and decided to stop by this place on a weekend. My husband got the JACKHAMMER blended and I got an iced chai. First the portions are enormous, Second they are price is really affordable. Three way better than Starbucks. Sorry not sorry it's over hyped. I think when we first tasted black rock there was only a few locations now there are more now but this one bell, mesa and lake pleasant have had really good experiences! The staff is amazing! They have a rewards program and free drink in your birthday the employees will let you pick the biggest size for your free drink! Great bank for your buck!

As much as I love their coffee the line as of yet has gotten out of line. It takes forever to get coffee here now. I leave to go to work early and still end up in the line forever and it's usually one car holding everyone up. I run a doctor's office so know how to keep the flow of a business going but this is crazy. They have two lanes but one is only ever in use. Good thing the staff are awesome.

If you don't do something about the bees someone is going to wind up in the hospital!!!!! Why do you allow 100s of bees to overtake the store? I can't imagine how the girls working there feel. Its a complete disregard for safety. Shame on you!!!

Worst black rock in the city. Unenthused employees most of the time also very slow. To make things worse they decided to not use their speaker box so it's literally one car at a time just backing things up and no way to escape the lane.

You have so many choices. There are a lot of non-coffee options; like teas and hot chocolate too. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops. Try them once and you'll be hooked.

Maybe it’s a new staff but they weren’t very nice. They didn’t even add whipped cream to our drinks that typically have whipped cream. Our drinks weren’t blended well. I usually love coming here. It’s a shame. Also, there is a crazy amount of bees flying around.
After going to a few of these locations this remains my favorite, not to mention the closest for me. They are always extremely friendly, polite and talkative, even if you show up 10 mins before closing! I wish this location had an inside cafe but the detached gazebo is still nice to sit at, even in the summer since it has a mister. I will admit their special coffees tend to be a bit sweeter than I like so I've usally just gotten an Americano. The infinite # of possible flavor combinations across their "fuel" energy drink line is also no joke. I love some of the recommendations they've had for flavor combos, some have become staples for me now. Their rewards is simple, you earn points for a free any size drink. They do offer some local food, the coffee cake muffin is a personal favorite.Be careful with the frozen fuels. They ARE good but have a high caffeine content.Beats any other coffee shop I've tried out here in this part of the west valley

Coffee was okay, but slightly watery. Girls in the back kept screaming and singing and trying to explain their social dynamics to anyone who would listen. Maybe tone it down just a tad? Friendly service is one thing, but acting like a high schooler is draining for customers who just want to be in and out with their drink.

This location has two drive thrus and the other day I pulled into one of the two- there was no signage indicating me to pull into a specific one or not (like a lane closed sign). I sat waiting for about five minutes before pulling up to the window to talk to someone since I hadn't been helped. The employee opened the window and said "if you want your coffee you need to get into the other lane." I apologized and noted it was my first time at this location. She laughed and said "yaaaaaa, I can tell." It was just rude and outright a mean girl thing to do. I ended up just leaving. I was initially happy to turn around and get into the other line but her attitude wasn't needed or helpful. Additionally, if one lane is closed maybe put a sign up. I don't plan to return. Management, do better.
