Boba was delicious but service was horrible I feel bad for them being understaffed but no need to yell at customers and cuss out loud at your job.

The drinks are amazing. The boba is delicious. However, there should be a manager or an ADULT running the stand. There were 3 kids in the back and the short Asian one paid NO ATTENTION to the customers. She asked me to hold on while I was taking an order, so she could continue her gossip with her coworker. She FINALLY took our order, handed my change to me in silence with no smile, and then under her breath said “Have a good day”. Then while my bf and I waited for our drinks, I watched her crouch to the floor, talk to the girls making our drinks and proceed to go on her phone. Meanwhile ANOTHER couple was waiting for their order to be taken while she’s crouching on the floor. After 3mins, she got up off the ground and gave them the same treatment my boyfriend and I got.

I was out running errands and got excited when I saw a young lady with a boba tea cup. I have been craving boba tea for sometime and saw they had boba tea at the mall. Bonus! Found the large kiosk on the 2nd floor near the food court. I wanted something a bit sweet with some caffeine so opted to order thai iced tea with boba. I asked to have it half sweetened which was great but the boba was a disappointment. It was a huge blob and I struggled to enjoy the boba part. Sigh...On to my search for boba in the Valley.

Solid boba concoctions. Convenient location.Long wait as you watch two idle, sullen teens (complete with red & purple died hair) watch the rockstar kid do literally all the work. 5-star kid, would be a 1-star place without him.

My daughter and I have been coming here every weekend for about a year and we still consistently get the same drinks and love them just the same I highly recommend the snow bunny over ice with mango gobi and my daughter loves the love potion over ice with strawberry gobi I’ve tried other ones but those are the best 2 drinks on the menu hands down. Fruity, sweet, creamy, and delicious and they always do an amazing job making themSo smooth And creamy thank you so much for doing what you do! These are our favorite drinks every and they are always amazing

I have been to another Boba Tea Company location that was good. This one is not. It's placed in a very awkward location in the mall that is a thoroughfare for mallgoers. The line is very long but because of how the place is situated the line has to go sideways and block the menu which is a little complicated so you need to be able to look it over. We decided to try it again anyway and just look at the menu online first. I wanted a coffee boba drink because I was tired. We waited a very long time in line and at the front of the line not having our order taken. After giving our order we waited a bit more then they called us up to tell us they were out of coffee and what else did I want. Sad face. The coffee had really been the whole point. Wish they could've let everyone know in advance they were running low so people wouldn't have to wait for nothing. So I picked some thing I really didn't want and they didn't refund me or give me a coupon or anything. Definitely going back to the other boba place nearby, not in the mall instead

Bought a vanilla with brown sugar coffee and with boba, and is so bland, doesn’t have any taste, the boba is just rubbery tasteless and coffee just taste like water with a hint of coffee.. so disappointed worst $9.00 ever spent!

The menu is so fun! Fun names, fun themes and all around good vibes. My great Aunt loves this shoppe. They have lots of different boba options and they're made fresh everyday. I could tell! They have sugar free options which are diabetic friendly. They had quick service & had smiles all around. This location is in Arrowhead mall and it was still fairly clean tables. (The menu board could have been wiped down) But the options are in great supply. The 'Buck Naked' is a great sugar free option that still packs an excellent punch.

We have come here numerous times and been sadly disappointed with the quality of the drinks this the fizz drink was supposed to be carbonated and was flat they didn't add all the boba that was supposed to go into the drink they they just substitute it for the one we told them to add and charge just extra. For $16 for 2 drinks you think that they would be concerned about their quality controly but clearly this place has 0 interest in providing good customer service / quality products

Lizette Fleifl, and her friend were extremely rude to the workers. I witnessed the whole situation and here's what really happened;Her friend mentioned "hey the people infront of us took our drinks" it went normal. The 2 workers remade the drinks, after serving them their stolen drinks Lizette responded "next time don't bump the orders off the screen" in the rudest tone. She's claiming they use drive times and theyre slow? The drinks were remade in less than 5 minutes. And its a drink shop in a mall, drive times make no sense here? The drinks were also not forgotten per say her friend.Really a horrible person, probably has low self esteem issues, hope she gets help. And they only waited 10 minutes ?Love this place and the workers are always so sweet! It's so sad to see this happen and let people just lie on Google reviews!!
