Ordered online for pick up 30 minutes prior to close. Drove 20 minutes to find out they closed early...why allow online orders if you're already closed early? Shameful service.

When we arrived, the manager was unloading store bought goods in order to have anything to sell. Most of the menu was unavailable and the staff told us thst they were just waiting to be closed. The interior was gutted and dirty and what food we did purchase was poor quality. Very sad as I have been a huge fan of their stores. I considered this my last time I would visit.

Disappointed that the items I ordered were not available when I got to the restaurant. Apparently, online ordering has a wide variety of different flavor chicken, but only traditional is available when you arrive. They were gracious and gave me an extra side to make up the difference for the extra amount I paid for the flavor I ordered, but disappointed when you're looking forward to fancy flavors and you show up to just basic. The staff was wonderful! Not their fault the website is messed up.

They tore the place down for COVID and never put it back up normal. Hardly anything on menu.. meatloaf over cooked no red sauce for it no apples. Veggies hard. The one on 19th Ave and Northern is way better.

I was weirded out that Boston Market apparently doesn't have creamed spinach or mac & cheese anymore, but it's whatever. But then they totally messed up our order...1. My husband and I ordered garlic herb chicken. Our chicken was plain.2. We ordered gravy for one kid's turkey. There was no gravy.3. The mashed potatoes were instant. They used to be real.4. The stuffing was dry. It was never like that.5. We got 2 apple juice boxes when we didn't order any. We got 2 chocolate milks when we only ordered 1. We only got 1 Sprite when we ordered 3. We didn't get the milk we ordered. We miraculously got the iced tea we ordered for me.6. My husband wanted dark meat. He got white.

I ordered food from their direct website online, drove up there only to find a CLOSED sign on the door with all lights off. I was charged for the food I ordered and now have to dispute it with my bank for food I was unable to receive. No where on the website for it say this location was closed. How many other people ordered food under this pretense that it was open?

The quality has gone way down while prices go way up. This is not even real Turkey and doesn't even taste like turkey. Fed it to my dog.

What was once a thriving unit for them is now barely open! No one greeted us. when we walked in through the broken door; we had to yell to get somebody to help us. They were out of most things and the digital display menus didn't work. They had 2side boards for menus. They were out of chicken pot pies, meatloaf and only half of the side items were available. No option for fountain beverages either, only 3 choices of bottled soda. Very sad. Won't go back. Felt like it had already closed.

I am someone who usually uses yelp to post about how great employees or locations are. I am very disappointed to say on two separate weeks I've ordered Doordash from this location and 2/2 times my dasher has had to contact me to let me know Boston Market says that 1 or both items I ordered: they do not have. Yet somehow they put that they were preparing the meal that they didnt have. Putting me in a position that i can cancel my order with doordash for no refund because boston market said they had the item, or I can get something else I didnt want. DO NOT order from this location if you are not in person.

cancel ever door dash or food delivery order. if you dont want to have to-go then dont give the option! lazy employees, it's very obvious.

This was the location we went to most often. The employees were so nice we really felt like family every time we walked in there. Sad to see it may be closed for good. El Pollo Loco is right down the street on 59th ave and bell... next best bet for chicken, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Bon appetite!

The stores are temporarily closed because Boston Market is not paying its bills. A billionaire from India bought it during the pandemic. Then bills stopped getting paid. May go bankrupt. Sad.

It's sad to see what was once a thriving company seem to be failing their employees as much as they are failing themselves The 3rd street and bell location is closed with a chain link fence surrounding the building At 67th Ave and Bell one half of the entrance door is either broken or not being used while obvious caution wet floor signs block have the entrance after making your way through a parking lot that is desperately need of repair You enter the building only to find they have no menu digital paper or otherwise And sadly you cannot simply go to. Website or the mobile app and pull up a menu Asking what appears to be the manager on duty if they are barely keeping the restaurant open they reply we survive most days So sad!

First off me and my mom walked in its empty. 1220 and empty. Flag 1. Then the menus were off so nothing to read. Flag 2. We order our food still in denial it could be bad thus is boston market. Sides were fine. Chicken was old meaning it was dried out. Then the fire department walked in and gave the manager several violations to which the manager raised her voice for us to hear on the other side of the store. Flag 3. This location won't be open much longer. You can easily tell they are struggling cutting corners with a manager who simply doesn't care. Go to a different location maybe it will be better but I doubt as most locations in az are shutting down. Too bad because boston market used to be so reliable for outstanding rotisserie chicken and menus people could read with customers in the restaurant at lunch hour. Avoid this location like the plague. Thank me later.
