Athena was the absolute sweetest and most amazing person this company could have ever hired they made a great decision adding her to the team, I went through the drive through today and Athena’s empathy and kindness just made the bad day I was having turn around in an instant! she is probably one of the nicest humans on earth and I totally appreciate her! It's one of the best drive-thru ice cream places we've been to. Fast service and quality ice cream. We liked that they had many menus to look at while you're waiting for your turn to order. There is nothing worse than being rushed and not knowing what you want in less than 10 seconds, so it's nice being given that extra time to peruse. They do the screen tipping here but think it's actually a place that deserves it. We were surprised how fast they got people through the drive thru. We'll be back for sure.

I visited Brusters for the 1st time on saturday night. A young lady that was helping me was super nice. Trista i believe was her name. She also reccomened the St. Pattys waffle cone. I was very hesitant at first because i do not try new things and because of how excited she was on the product, i decided to try it. I was also going to just get me regular choc chip cookie dough but when she was twlling me about their new flavors, i had to go with the Toffee Bar, i believe thats what it wad called. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Customer service was 100% and everuone around me looked like they were happy and enjoying it. I will def reccomend Brusters and i will be back. It was pretty busy but everyone worked together and got everyine ice cream out to them. You guys are great. Thank you for a good night.

Ice cream lovers paradise!I don't think we've ever not had to wait in either the walk-up or drive thru line, but it's well worth it.LOTS of flavor options and dairy alternatives.Tatum took our order and was incredibly pleasant and recommended a green shamrock cone for St. Patrick's day.☘️Outside sitting area clean. More flies than I'd prefer to see, but they mostly hovered in one particular area away from our party.

Bruster’s always offers a great experience. Took our 9 month old and our dog and everyone was happy with their ice cream and pup cup. The price point it a little more than I would like, but it’s always worth the experience.

I was in the drive thru getting my ice cream, and I pull up to the patio where the 2 managers were at. I asked for assistance, and one of the managers, Alyssa, was so rude and hateful towards me. She was outside smoking with the other manager, and you could tell Alyssa was on something because her eyes were red and puffy. And not a sick type of puffy, a drug dealer kind of puffy. Anyways, she flipped me off when I asked for help because someone got my order wrong and then she told me to get the f off of her property and never come back. This wasn't the first time I have been treated badly by Alyssa at this location, I was here about a month ago with my young son, and we went through the drive thru. Due to the fact that I am elderly, I can't hear so well, so i asked her to repeat what she said, and she yelled at me because of it. I WILL NOT be coming back EVER to this establishment. In my opinion, Alyssa should be fired, I have been a loyal customer to brusters since this location opened. I've never had problems with past managers like Brad, Emily, or Jayden. Even the crew such as Arianna and her siblings, Bella, Brendon, and Peyton have been such dears to me. I don't know what I did to deserve this, but i know that I will not be giving this buisiness a cent more out of my pockets. Shame to Alyssa for the way she treated me.

I went in preparing to purchase a quart of ice cream. Unfortunately, they did not have what I came for. I asked Brandon if he could make it for me. He smiled and said yes he could. After he made it, I explained that I would not be able to come back for awhile because in the morning, I was having surgery. He was so very pleasant and has a smile that made me feel like I had this.
