I usually come towards the end of the night and haven’t had any issues, but we decided to come earlier in the day and the girl at the window was awful. First, she told us the wrong total, then vanished after we asked why the total was different. Manager came over and did the payment for her? Not sure what her problem was. She told us the girl said the subtotal and not our actual total. No problem, the problem was her attitude when we asked? Then the original cashier goes onto the other side of the building to the walk up window and was talking about us with attitude to the girl over there while they both sat there and gave us dirty looks. Then the manager comes to the window again, and asks us if we got our cup yet, as it was literally in her hand. How would I have gotten it if it’s PHYSICALLY still in your hands? We aren’t just waiting here for fun. I don’t know, just an absolute mess. And the attitude problem from the cashier didn’t help lol. Just do yourself a favor and come later on. Night crew is so much better.

I just had a very terrible experience at this location. First off a sign that says scoopers in training please be patient is posted. But at some point you can't expect people (and toddlers) to be patient for 20 minutes while they wait to order.I wish I could say the line was extremely long, but that is not the case. My two toddlers and I were the third party. One party had 6 or 7 people and the second party had 5. Once we ordered it took another 5 minutes to get our ice cream.I also was charged for one of their "free" baby cones because of the bogo promotion they run for happy hour.
Stopped by 1/30/24 about 3:40pm. First time here with my 2 boys. Was recommended to try. Jordan the cashier was very polite and let us taste some flavors to decide what we wanted. Customer service was 10/10 and employees on shift worked pretty fast. The outside patio area was very clean and nice. We sat and ate our ice cream and had a nice experience. WE WILL BE BACK ?
