Restaurant was empty and it took them over 30+ minutes to prepare 4 breakfast sandwiches, while the workers were just talking and standing around while food was being “prepared”. I get having to wait sometimes but when the workers aren’t doing anything but talking and standing around there’s no need to wait because they’re feeling lazy

So went to the drive thru at 51st & olive ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches - 1 w extra mayo & lettuce the other w extra mayo no lettuce. There was so much mayo globbed on the one and so much lettuce and mayo on the other I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich to eat it. What a waste of money! I added photos - they would be in the photo section . Done w Burger King they have no idea how to do it your way!

Hey folks, it's fast food. Serves a need & I've been using this place for a very long time. Now I want to give kudos to drive thru staff on a couple of visits. My pup goes with me getting her kiddos cheeseburger, but one of the young gents there has been nice enough to fix her a little cup of soft serve. I appreciate the extra treat for my four legged kid.

Came here for a quick dinner and utilized the mobile app on my way there. Food was hot and fresh made to order. Staff was pleasant and quick. Exterior of store looked nice and free of trash.

SERVICE is great, I don't know if it's me but I so wish my burgers looked like the ones in the picture, it's pretty bad when you have to open the bun to find the burger it's sure not hanging out the edges of the bun, fries are good, most of them in the bottom of the bag!, ask for condiments but never seem to get any. It's just when you spend twenty plus for 2 cheese burgers plain, and a whopper with fries, and a drink of ice with some coke. I keep thinking I could have gone to the grocery store bought a bag of fries, hamburgers and buns. And a bottle of coke for the same price, I guess it's the luxury of not having to cook or do dishes. But because my dog likes the cheese burgers or shall I say cheese buns I shall return.

Honestly, I have never had a major problem at this location. Food is never forgotten, and is always warm. Sometimes the fries are a little old but that's only happened once or twice and I've bought food here multiple times. We often have to park because my sister likes the impossible burger, but it's never a super long wait. The location can be sketchy but hey, we all know how this area is. Not the business's fault.
Horrible service. I walked in for a GrubHub and my order was "cancelled" they then started it and I waited 25mins to be told AGAIN that my order was deleted. No apologies, nothing. While two managers stood there and talked about their W2s. Very very unprofessional. I would never go here on my own free

I stopped to eat a burger asked for it to be bunless since they're philosophy saying is done it your way , but was told they couldn't wrap the meat in lettuce..so I asked for a whopper jr meal she just gave me a whopper, when asked for soda cup for the whopper jr personnel said no doesn't come with whopper jr. So she took order wrong I was so hungry it past me off.Why does burger King say done your way and not makenthe burger your way. Take that saying off!!!
