Ordered food and the prices on the drive thru menu were different (lower) than the amount. I pointed it out to the manager and she didnt seem to care. She said she was aware but that she had to go by register prices. Good thing i noticed and changed my order, but this is a nice way for them to scam people out of money

Fries were half stuff with salt packets and over filled with sauces. Buns were stale, burgers were cold. Girl slammed the window when getting payment. Store #14749 by Lisa Griffith as cashier.

My little son and I are both now nauseous after eating barely any of our meals. Also, worst customer service EVER. Food was cold and dried up. Was wanting to ask for a remake or refund, but the woman working at the counter was deliberately ignoring me. She was trying so hard not to even look at me. Decided it's just a loss, and we will never come here again. So sad that this is what going out to eat is like now. But seriously, be prepared for food poisoning if you decide to eat here.

I know damn well this aint what yall crankin out as a wrap. Where is the chicken???? Cause that little nugget is NOT what is in the pictures. I was expecting a full tender, not chicken that somebody nawed on before putting it in my food. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

If you’re gonna advertise opening-closing hours from 6:00am-11:00pm; the employees should adhere to such. How’s your drive thru closed and you’re opening late because “she doesn’t have anything down”? Then you open damn near 20mins late!!! I’m pretty sure employees aren’t scheduled to arrive and the opening times. Pathetic. People have to get to work just the same. No apology or nothing. Just a simple, we don’t have any food cooking. What an inconvenience!! On top of the fact that orders are wrong 85-90% of the time.

I wish we could give 0 stars! The lady was distracted the entire time while we gave our order. Didn't listen till she heard us get annoyed. I ordered a bacon melt. She severed me two patties on plan white bread no bacon no sauce and an onion. Dr Pepper was gross. And everyone's food was lukewarm. Which was crazy cuz they gave us our drinks at first and then told us to wait in front for the food. We waited probably 5 to 10 minutes and our food was "old" The quality of the food was horrible and the environment was just plan unprofessional and rude. Stay clear! Ps we were the only car. There also look to only be two employees working. Going back for a refund tomorrow

Not sure of his name but the guy with tattoos and curly hair was very polite and kind. They made sure my onion rings were new and hot and I appreciate how clean it looked through the drive thru. Good job everyone

I'm sorry for the response but I needed to leave this review.I was there on May 7th and went thru the drive thru. I can't express how much this bad experience made me feel. I literally drove 8 miles in total to go here. That's how much I respected this place. I haven't stepped in a burger king since then.I got to the window and I told her to repeat the order to me. It was wrong. So I thought she corrected when I told her the correct one. I always order the same thing. So she has my debit card and rings me up. I can see she having a problem so she calls over a supervisor. Assuming everything is ok because this girl seems very new. And of course I have patience so I didn't think anything about it. She hands me three receipts and SAYS NOTHING TO ME. I thought that was unusual. Tells me to park in front of the store to wait for our food. No problem there.I look at the receipt and there is a refund because she rings me up TWICE. And not only that my food was wrong. The three meals I paid $41.84 was ALL made incorrectly. Now this is not a $20 meal it was way over that price.I went back on Monday morning to speak to a manager and there was a guy named Miguel. I was very polite because I can understand how people get when something goes wrong. I told him if I can speak to him about a wrong order and he tells me "MAKE IT QUICK BECAUSE I HAVE ORDER". Mind you there was one car at the drive thru and one couple in the store. Now how awful to say somethingike that to a customer especially when they are civil. What an a$$ I'm sorry but that was so rude what he said. I spoke to him still being nice. I explained to him the situation and tells me he can't remake my order but he give me a whopper meal for free. Wow....ok let's forget about my $41 oder.Thank you Miguel for the awful experience from a morning manager. You need customer service class and that girl Azaira W. needs more training.

I ordered food for my son and I Wednesday evening two whoppers two large drinks.. I became nauseous about a hour later. I got my cup to pour my drink out to put water in my cup just to realizes there were black residue in my cup!!! I called them and spoke to a manager just to find out the filters were down and they were not suppose to be serving fountains drinks that day which was 11/29/23.. So my question is why still serve drinks to customers when you was not suppose to?? This is Not okay.. to the rest of the customer please check your cups!! Please this is a risk and someone could become very ill.

The food couldn’t be worse here! We ordered a few Whoppers and it’s as if they didn’t prepare it correctly. The tomato looked old, little bits and pieces of lettuce everywhere, the food was TERRIBLE.

This location doesn't not accept anything offers from Burger King app. Even their receipt paper is so old that you can't get a code. And their GM doesn't care, nor willing to help customers.

Worst whopper Jr's EVER!! The patties tasted like they were cooked this morning, or yesterday even. They were COLD!! Not even warm enough to even slightly melt the piece of cheese put on top. Same for chicken fries. Tasted like cooked at breakfast, and stayed all day under "heat lamp" ?Maybe this is the reason the place was empty, and drive thru empty at the start of evening dinner time. Never again will I go there.PS, if I could have given 0 stars for the food I would have. My order was even incorrect, and I backed up in drive thru to correct mistake!!
