I Won't go back to this location ever again, terrible management, not only they over charge for items I didn't order by 20$ but they would not refund me back they wanted said I need to come back later when the manager is back tomorrow. FFS this location is a disaster.

Not as busy as McDonald's but have to say their food is alot hotter and fresher and they get you in and
12/9/24 2:09pm I came in for a 1 whopper meal deal and counted 9 cars getting served in the drive thru while myself and 2 others were waiting on our orders for 21 minutes. During that time 4 other people walked out because of the wait. This place is poorly staffed and the employees were extremely rude. Every single employee that worked the registers and drive thru area deserves to be fired! Who knows how many customers you lost today. Never again!!!!

rudest manager ever i think his name was jeremy he raised his voice at me and then got mad at one of his employees when they tried to make my situation right everytime i've come here in the past year "jeremy" has had nothing but a bad attitude and shitty costumer service on his end.

This has been my go-to BK for years. However, whoever owns this store has made a big mistake. They no longer support the offers in the app. No more deals for loyal app users. Very disappointing. I will no longer visit this restaurant. I give them less than a year, and they will be shut down. It is a shame the employees will be displaced due to mismanagement of this restaurants owner trying to save a buck. I guarantee the sales they lose will far outweigh the offers they were allowing.

So didn’t eat the free food that was given to me today because, the young lady that made my food came upfront to help with putting in my order, then they had trouble getting it in the computer so se called someone on her personal phone and as she was talking she removed something from her eye and then she went to make my food didn’t even wash her hands, touch my food with her bare hands as well as to whopper. I have worked in the food industry and I know that a violation times two will never be coming back. I wish I know who owns this restaurant because they don’t seem to care about it at all maybe I should call this in to the health department then maybe they will care about it, as for now is a F rating
