I'm new to AZ and wanted to find some authentic Jamaican food. I decided to try this place. First, I wanted until 11am for them to open and they were not open. They didn't open until about 11:40 am and didn't answer the phone either. So once they did open I ordered jerk chicken and oxtail plate. The jerk looked/seemed baked ( I like more authentic barbequed smoked chicken). So I didn't like that but I must say the sauce was pretty good with a bit of spice. You only got a little with a big portion of rice. The oxtails were very dry. I asked for extra gravy,which I didn't get. The cabbage was just ok, lacked flavor though. The plantains were amazing though.

My husband has been craving Roti for a few months now. I finally googled after finding out that it was also a Trinidadian meal also. He was pleasantly satisfied. He loved it. We got curry chicken roti and oxtail plate. Beautiful food amazing customer service.

They did not update their hours on google for new years. I had Ordered on the website and drove an hour to see they were closed. It would be nice if they told people they announced that were closed the day after a holiday.

The food was good I would definitely go back. Only thing they had up flags but Barbados was not one of them ? they won me back with the banks beer ?
I love Jamaican food but this place is Disgusting. I ordered the curry goat and found peices of a partially cooked plastic bag in my food. Shows how much care is put into the preparation if they didn't even notice that they are cooking plastic bags. Also they put tomato sauce on the snapper, who cooks fish in tomato sauce? I not sure what island these people are trying to represent but it is certainly not Jamaica.

The front of the restaurant could do with a little face lift because i thought the store was closed down when I got there.But the food was delicious and we got good size portions.
my boyfriend and i have gone to this restaurant twice because it's right by his apartment and we will most definitely be back!! neither of us have ever had caribbean food before and this was the best way it could have been introduced to our palate! service is fabulous- we were taken care of by the same wonderful lady both times, who greeted us with a smile and had our food out within minutes! portion sizes for combination plate is incredible, the rice and peas are not dry at all and are super flavorful. i have had the oxtail and jerk chicken, both of which were so tender that we didn't even need a butterknife. the restaurant itself is very clean and has a very nice ambiance. bathrooms are employees only but they were kind enough to let me use it and it was extremely clean! overall i am super impressed and would recommend this place to anybody looking for a delicious and flavorful meal :)

Love the oxtail plate. Curry is awesome, too! Get it every time. The homemade hotsauce should be bottled and sold, lol. Cool vibe, love this place.
