Have previously loved the sandwiches. However today the one I got was so salty I could not even eat it. The french fries were terrible, soft and undercooked. Really does not even deserve one star. Money down the drain. The gal at the cash register however was very pleasant and demonstrated good service. If I had not ordered to go and had stayed there to eat I would returned my food and asked for my money back. Sad because it used to be pretty tasty.

I did a door dash for a steak cheese mushroom sandwich. It was not great at all. Hardly any meat, zero mushrooms and a small amount of cheese. The 3 blue cheese I ordered and paid for were all spoiled and yellow. The wings were okay, but I only like them with blue cheese. Door dash gave me a small portion of a refund. I left a message with this establishment and they do not care. I usually get it from another location, however since I ordered wings, I had to go with a different location. I regret that now. I left a message, they have not reached out, I can only assume they do not care! Not all Charlie’s are the same, just saying.

Fast food chain in Glendale, inside Walmarts. The 6 pc boneless in buffalo sauce, accompanied by french fries, was surprisinly tasty and generous. This time of the day, Monday at 4pm, there was no queue and the service was fast and courteous.

Basic location inside of the Walmart. I ordered the Philly Steak sandwich. I knew it was going to be bad when the cook slid it into the container and some of the food fell out. I got home and had the meat and cheese stuck to the paper. Must say it did not look appetizing at all. Sloppy service.

I've always gotten good food here and the staff has always been friendly. I would've given more stars but there's soda machine station is always sticky. And most of the time the soda is watery. The cheesesteaks are good though.

Since its inside my local market, I've been several times and the sweet girl with the multicolored hair that appears to always work alone served us. She is always friendly, fast and the front counter is always spotless when she works. Thank you miss Sydney for the friendly smile and always perfect sandwich.
So... the pimply face kid making cow eyes at his behemoth green haired coworker refused to help the ESL cook by taking my order... I realize it's tough to find good workers especially at this level, but why not just give them a sharpie and a piece of cardboard and directions to the nearest off ramp where they can realize their full potential?BTW, I like Charley's sandwiches, they are a great option if you don't like laxatives.

Worst service. I order for curbside because i have baby. I waited 30min outside and then i had to come in to pick up, i have food and 2 drinks, she put my drinks on counter and told me "i dont have cub holder" and she leave while i holding my baby. I do nothing but she attitude...????????
I was at the counter behind a gentleman when the kid at the register ( was wearing gloves) had an issue. The kid making sandwiches ( wearing gloves) came over to help. One gloved hand on counter and the other on register. Problem solved and the kid goes back to making sandwiches. Cross contamination at its finest. I left, don't need to be getting sick. MCHD needs to be informed, perhaps an unexpected inspection can resolve this.

LeBron didn't talk while taking our order, didn't even say hello or anything. He was moving slower than ever. When we first came to the counter. He walked up like he was going to take our order, he cleared a order off the register then walked away then stood in the kitchen and looked at us for a good minute like we weren't there or anything. Normally when I come here the employees are super nice and if they mess up my order they give me something free. But today I just had a bad experience with LeBron.

We're not that upset, but had to write due to the unbelievable ridiculousness of the situation. There were two workers, one in line, and one in the kitchen. The one in line informed us she was on lunch. Ok. The other lady took her sweet time coming to take our order. All my son and I wanted were two fries to go, a cheesesteak, a vanilla shake, and a lemonade. She made 5 mistakes -- in other words, got almost EVERYTHING wrong on our order.1. When ordering, she tried to charge me for 2 cheesesteaks.2. When ordering, she forgot to add the shake. "No one mentioned a shake!" She said. But we had (my son agreed).3. The 2 fries were not to go. Only one was.4. She made a strawberry shake instead of vanilla. So had to remake it.5. The machine wouldn't run my card and had to be done 2X.It seemed like an awful lot of issues for such a small order.

So I had ordered through door dash and my order was taken correctly, but upon receiving the order I was missing ranch and pickles on my chicken California my girlfriend ordered a Philly cheese steak and she didn't get her sauce, mushrooms or pickles. Both were dry. We didn't get straws or silverware. This has been the worst experience we've had with this company. $40 dollars and an hour and a half wait time. Not worth my service again.
