When ordering I was asked if I wanted lettuce,, tomatoes, and mayo.. I said no, I wanted a cheesesteak.I had to point out that the menu board ingredients listed in red are included as what makes it a cheesesteak. The items in black are optional for cheesesteak novices.I was given a bun with meat and cheese; I am sorely disappointed.I'm afraid this location is known for inconsistency and untrained workers.Subway, next door, is going to drive you out, kids.Bring back Anthony's!!!

Drove 30 minutes to find out I can't access it because it's on the air force base! I love Charleys food but so disappointed I drove all the way here for nothing.

Ordered ahead. No one paying attention for those who were picking up. Cups for drinks were busted. Got home and order was wrong. Took it back to have it remade. Lots of employees but only 2-3 were really working. Asked twice if the large sandwich was made without onions. Was told yes. It was wrong again. Gave up.
