We had been going to Charlie's place was nice in the beginning but THINGS changed not to our advantage ALL over COFFEE issues at night . NIGHTTIME bartender on FRIDAY and Saturday night 's was willing to make us coffee but was told not after 6pm food was good and loved THE KARAOKE on FRIDAY and SATURDAY NIGHTS , THEY LOST OUT ALONG WITH THE FRIENDS WE BROUGHT they wont be back because we are not there THAT'S ON THEM .☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕????????????

Came in with a group of regulars on Tuesday night, attempted to order food at approximately 7:20 PM. Was refused a menu because kitchen was "closed". My friends are friends of the owner, and the kitchen is not supposed to be closed at 7 PM. Especially when there is 20+ customers in the building.

The new renovations are nice enough and the barter was friendly and timely. If you aren't going for karaoke then I'm sure you will be just fineThey had a new karaoke company. I get what happened with the last guy but I went in a few nights ago to sing and I was there over an hour and watched the karaoke guys friends go up multiple times without singing. I wasn't worked in at all. Saw the end of the rotation and still wasn't called. I left without singing at all.I'm pretty sure it's the same company that does Bridget's LL. That explains a lot. Until they get new karaoke I won't be back. I already didn't like karaoke at Bridget's for the same reason but wanted to give this place a shot since it is my neighborhood spot closest to my house. Unfortunately the karaoke met my expectations

Just got back after being gone for 6 months, was terribly disappointed. All new servers, except for our Favorite Daimler.. Went in on Tuesday, the drinks were terrible (something wrong with the soda) Went in on Wednesday, a new server waited on us, mixed up our drinks, we didn't get all the food we ordered, and asked for 2 sour cremes, brought us one and said it was the last one... Went in on Saturday ordered my Bacardi, the waitress said they were out,"Should have come in yesterday"..who says that??? I'm there right now....We were going to order the steak dinner, but just left.... Not Great Customer Service, Waitresses need more training

Foods good. Thanks Rob! Madison was cool, but is no longer there. Apparently they have a very high turn over now that the new owners have taken over. They can't seem to keep any good bartenders. Karaoke never starts on time.
