I don’t know why we keep ordering from this location but it’s awful every single time!!!!! My husband and I ordered from door dash. We received our order in a timely fashion. We chose not to look dinner and grab chipotle because we had a long day and thought we would treat ourselves. He was looking at the labels on the top of the bowls confused. They both clearly stated what we ordered, but what was inside did not match. My bowl, for example was covered in red sauce. So much that it was drowning… I didn’t order the red sauce. Also, my bowl had black beans which I did not order due to an allergy. I also didn’t get my $2.75 guacamole where my husband got about half of a spoon full so I’d say $.50 worth. Of course, when I picked up the phone to discuss this they didn’t answer the phone. Typical. This has happened before. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of paying high prices and supporting businesses when they can’t give proper customer service. Not even the bare minimum of making an order correctly!!!!!! I will never give another dime to this location and hope they figure out how to have some sort of customer service skills.

Not the typical service or size food.Stopped Sunday at 5pm, the entire crew was in a bad mood, you could tell they were unhappy, therefore the service was bad.The lettuce was old and they said there was no more lettuce (seriously at 5pm? They close until 10). Additionally they didn't have fresh lemons or limes and the burritos were small, very unlike what you expect from Chipotle.The iced teas were almost empty too and the place was dirty.There were enough employees to have the place running better like expected from Chipotle.Hope they can better this place as it's a good location.

This location never gets my order correct nor do they like you to give them your feedback. I have been calling them to let them know of their mistake with my order and they keep hanging up on me. Do not go to this location....

They ran out of everything and if I didn't ask they would've kept their supply out of stock until they closed for the next hour and half two hours prior to closing. Did not give anything to compensate for lack there of my entire order! Every restaurant near westgate SUCKS!

Fully convinced someone at this location can't read because every time I place an online order, it's completely wrong. Seriously, this location will make you hate chipotle. Yikes.

This place used to be good, before COVID. The staff then was great. It seems that for the last 8+ months this location has become the worst! Service is horrible. The entire place is dirty, especially their work/prep station. Quality of the food has gone down tremendously and their portions are now kid size. They literally only give you a half scoop of anything and then roll their eyes if you ask for a full scoop. Very disappointed in this place!

Service was fast, most food was good. We had one dish that wasn't so good, but the manager at the Westgate location, Mae, was very happy to make the dish over and also came back to make sure we we happy before we left. The experience she gave us will make us return!

Definitely went at the wrong time. The steam table was out of a lot of items...some were re stocked and some not while customers waited. Overall good food but the pinto beans were not cooked completely. Unfortunately it's difficult to eat around the beans. Ruined my salad completely. Nothing worse than a crunchy bean. It's better to tell customers that you're out. Unfortunately one bad visit outweighs 10 good visits. Busy location and not enough staff.

DO NOT GO HERE This is truly the worst Chipotle location I've ever visited multiple times. I've been going to chipotles since 07 - this place is awful. The staff is friendly enough.... but they don't listen to your order well and they aren't proficient - they mess up toppings, mess up folding a burrito, etc. I went last week and had to wait almost 20 minutes behind a group of 5 because the staff was so slow. I noticed the counters looked disgusting and the staff seemed unmotivated. My burrito tasted lousy and I was generally annoyed by my visit. I give it a second try last night - mistake. Counters just as gross as before, took more than 5 minutes to check out even though I'm the only person line.... come on. They salted the beans right in front of me and didn't even stir it completely. Each food container had contents from a nearby container in it (I.e, chicken in the steak, beans in the rice, etc). Not to mention I have felt sick ever since eating here.

I used to like this place years back, lately every chipotle I’ve gone to just isn’t what it was. Lady was filling my burrito up, the other girl back there tells her not to fill them too much it’s hard to roll... I am literally paying 8 dollars for a burrito! IT BETTER BE HARD TO ROLL!! I don’t go here all the time but every time it’s just disappointmentThe picture shows the entire burrito. Literal chub. There’s just better options out there for the price
