Sat at the bar for 5 minutes not super busy but there were a few people. I wasn't even acknowledged, not even I will be right there! Got tired of waiting so I left. Super disappointed with this place. My husband and I use to love going here but it will be a long time before I go back. Too many other places that we can pick from! I think they need to retrain the staff, have worked with public all my life and the first thing you do when someone walks thru your door is acknowledge them! I would give 0 stars if that was an option

Online ordering? Think twice. They do not check order details. They do not provided the items that are supposed to be included. They also do not included the sauces that are paid extra for. Orders should not go out until they're 100%.Who can't read a receipt and look in a bag and confirm such basics? This is severe ineptitude that completely ruins meals/orders. It is the easiest job in the whole food industry... checking online order accuracy as quality control....Unacceptable. Seriously. At the prices this place charges? Jack in the box provides better quality control... That's pathetic.

We have tried them before and decided to order via Postmates. We ordered a beyond burger for my wife, and I ordered a burger with pink.I don't know if this was an actual "beyond" brand burger or just a non meat they call that name, but she did not enjoy it. (She gets beyond burgers all the time).My burger was not evenly cooked. I always cut a burger in half since I usually dont eat a full one in one sitting. One side had no pink, the other was pink on one side and no pink on the other which is an indication it was not evenly cooked. (Not sure if the pic from my phone shows that well). It was only juicy on one side and dry in the other. The whole package tasted OK, the onion ring was perfect, and over all, i feel it would have been great except the meat inconsistentcies brought it down.

I’d give it a 5 but the music was way too loud lol maybe because it was Friday night they had it blasting?? Every table felt like it had their own speaker box next to it lol watch look up next time you go…There’s a lot of tv’s all around distracting you lol they had some comedy videos, sports playing etcLoL however the burgers are great, nice and juicy! You get to choose how you want your meat done, choose which type of fries or side you want, drinks were a little watery but whatever, they gotta clean the fountains…Make sure the carbonation levels are good, maybe even clear and clean the line. A little extra detail goes a long way peeps! Just sayin… one cook to another… check on it!However the server was cool and attentive making sure we were good.Parking was bad and very small spaces.

The mac n cheese is bussin and Mikayla is a great server.
Wanted to try something different for dinner with family. Burger was ok. Sides were inedible. Service was slow at best. Paid in cash, got shorted on change.Will not be back. Go to Zipps on 59th instead.

The service made the meal! Our server was great! Very attentive & helpful. The food was OK, we had the Buffalo chicken egg rolls which were tasty, the burger & club sandwich not so much. I ordered my burger "red" but it came out barely pink, the club was nothing to write home about, bland and lackluster. I would go back again, just for the service!

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I can't believe how horrible the quality of "food" this place serves. This place is grossly overpriced, but no matter what the price is, it's GROSS!!! Sonic has better tots and In n Out serves a way better quality burger. Go any where else instead of eating this absolute garbage.
