would and should be a 0 all the way across. if you leave on site you have items there shouldn't be an issue when someone orders online items should be available when store isn't closed. this happens all the time when i try to iorder from this company regardless where i order from. it's always the smoothie. cold stone is nasty to me but my husband likes this place. this will be both our last straw.

On December 27th, 2023. The brown haired girl, that had her hair pulled in a pony tail. Seemed to be miserable. She was working around 9:30pm, almost gave us next to no interaction. Or response to questions asked. My girlfriend had to ask her multiple times if she could put caramel in her ice cream, Instead of fudge. And continuously had to repeat herself. Than the girl muttered and said that she hated her job. The interaction was absolutely the epitome of customer service. And almost ruined a Perfect night. Will never go back because of this. Please hire people of a different caliber. This is not the kind of service I expected from this sort of establishment.

The ice cream as always is good. First time trying the mango pineapple smoothy, I love it, not to sweet, just perfect ?. They have poor service, because even though we were the only ones there, the lady was rushing us for our order and she is definitely not friendly at all.

We had amazing service from Sasha this afternoon! When we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help or suggestions. She made our ice cream right away and it was perfect! Thanks again Sasha!

Honestly the worst service. I ordered coffee ice cream and sweet cream ice cream in a love it size. And my topping was kit Kat. I did not want the ice cream mixed together but I wanted the kit Kat mixed in both. Been going to cold stone for 15 years always ordered it that way never had issues amd Cristal stated she cannot do that and only gave me the kit Kat on top for how high the prices are and never having an issue before this is frustrating. Def not coming back to this location

The place looks dead and closed. Had to pull door open to make sure. The 3 young ladies had a look on their faces….. not even a hello or welcome in… one employee had her ear pods that right there is poor customer service. I ordered a oreo overload no oreo but chocolate chip, Gasca few Oreo crumbles but I was told I would be charged extra if I wanted more. The ice cream melts extremely fast. I WILL NOT EVER WALK INTO A COLD STONE AGAIN. I paid $20.00 for bad customer service and ice cream.

It’s truly sad when people can’t have a positive happy attitude towards customers. There’s no excuse to be rude and disrespectful or show negative energy at work. Fake it if you have to. Don’t bring any issues/negatives to work and put it onto the customers. This makes us not want to come back. I simply said ooh I’m going to record the girl making my ice cream who was pleasant ( without getting her face in it / just the ice cream making)— this other worker stopped as I did this and gave a rude dirty look…. then proceeds to say I was plastered (which what does that have to do with videoing the ice cream being made— because if I was plastered, I would not be in cold stone and it would be obvious) under her breath loud enough for me to hear…. I just ignored it and kept quiet. She was very rude and unprofessional.. she needs to grow up and go somewhere else. Sad to say this is the best picture I could get of her LOL.

I had a sweet blonde girl taking my order --LIKED HER!!! I was my happy self and said ooh I'm going to record you making my ice cream but not get your face in it out of respect. Sorry don't know names but the mixed girl with EarPods in gave the dirtiest look at me and shook her head and said OUT LOUD you're plastered. I didn't say a word back. She was inconsiderate, rude and could tell she was crabby not just with me. Don't take your issues and attitude out on customers. Not about negative vibes like that and won't come back! And if I was plastered I'd be falling all over and not even be in Cold Stone! Not coming back because of her negative energy--people like that need to grow up!

The ice cream and service is good. But th place is absolutely disgusting. Clearly ran by a bunch of teens with no good management. Just check out my photo of the emergency light covered in grease. Place needs a deep cleaning as a start.

The ice cream: 5 Stars! However, all of the servers were not very friendly, nor pleasant. Two servers incorrectly made our orders, and then gave attitudes, when we asked to correct them. Poor customer service.

Expensive, which would be fine if the large was actually bigger than a small. Ordered 2, one small one large and the volume of ice cream was more in the small. They didn't even fill to the rim. Would not recommend.
