My wife and I split the roast beef sandwich for $9.95. It was totally disgusting! Mostly bread and not much beef. Was supposed to have tomato. It had 1 very small chunk not even a slice. Was slathered with a huge amount of mustard which was also terrible. And to top it all of the sandwich was served cold and didn't even include cheese. This awful sandwich is priced double what it should be. What a disappointment this was and we are a long time Costco customer. You should be ashamed to serve this choice to your customers. It was totally just thrown together without any thought going into it. This was a dine in visit.

Awful customer service!Lady can't take the full order and then get the food. No, she got each part of my 5 part order individually. Worse yet, after ordering the hot dog, she immediately turns around, leaves the counter and packages 10 other hot dogs into buns!! I only order 1. Oh and guess what else? First out of the hot water was given to us! ;(That's not worst!!!When given my pizza, salad, cups, and hotdog, no plates were offered. Okay, I can ask (Whatever).Now, when I asked for plates, I had to speak loudly and ask a few times, then I was told to wait.Again, some other task had to be performed by the worker BEFORE giving plates for the food that was just purchased.Again, awful customer service. We are human, give each of us your attention and quit trying to get more accomplished than humanly possible. Management , this is for your action - your staff is overloaded with technology.Can we say, segue into AIs?I pray not, or pray I don't live in that era. Come dear LORD Jesus come.Oh, and what about the misleading " CASH" sign?I had my cash out and was told VISA only. Hello peeps, cash is green or coin. Visa is not cash. Technically, it is credit, and although it is digital currency Visa is not cash.May God save us all!

GROSS! Well, the cheap route is not working! We have loved the chicken bakes for decades and they've ruined it! No bacon and now they are supplementing with canned chicken. They used to use nice strips of grilled breast meat. I'd rather pay more for a quality chicken bake than buy something that tastes and smells like dog food. Membership? Come on!

Nothing too fancy or crazy about the Costco Food Court. They have machines to purchase your meals from the Food Court and your still able to order from a worker. While I was waiting in line I watched them work behind the counter. They where using a thermometer to make sure that the hot dogs where at the right temperature. It was nice to see this and that they are concerned about correct food service.I order a chicken bake. It was 3.99 and I think it's a fair price. It was hot and tasted good as well. They prices are still low and always great to order here when on a budget.

I just saw HEXCLAD COOKWARE ROADSHOW at the Glendale Costco, they will be there thru Sunday 6/19. Go check it out, It really is the best cookware ever, I’ve had mine for 3 years and absolutely LOVE it!!
Went to the good court for pizza. The piece they tried to give me was off the plate and hanging down behind the shelf the plate was on. I told the lady I’d wait for a fresh one since that one looked dirty. She ignored me and tried to give it to me anyway. I refused it so she gave to the guy after me instead who had not seen where it came from. This was after she had served people who ordered after me. It then took that employee, the supervisor I asked for, and the store manager I eventually asked for to refund my money.

Costco food court is a great place to grab a quick lunch or snack after shopping. Prices are lower than fast food while quality and portions are better. The famous hotdog and drink combo is still $1.50. Whole cheese or pepperoni pizza is only $9.95, and is bigger than most place's larger pizza. Dissapointed that Costco has done away with the combo pizza. Enjoyed ordering it as a veggie pizza. The while pizzas will take a little while longer. Call ahead with your pizza order, then pay at the kiosk to expedite the process. Pizza may also be ordered by the slice. Other options include a Caesar salad, a couple of sandwiches, churros, ice cream, an ice blended coffee or berry drink and sodas. The building is so busy that food is usually hot and fresh. Ordering has been moved to a self checkout system. Order what you like, and then retrieve the items from the food court kiosk. Cash orders are still taken by an employee at the kiosk register.

We found ourselves inside Costco waiting for an appointment and needing a snack. The Food Court was the obvious choice.It's clean as always and reorganized after being closed for a time. We used the self-service kiosk which was OK, except that its cashless. If you want to pay in cash, you need to wait in the service line which we weren't sure was reopened.We had two gigantic pieces of cheese pizza; the size would have been large enough for two. It was served hot and was quite good. Pepperoni is also offered.Next time I will use the service line to pay, since using the debit card didn't work well for me.

Huge shout out to the lady running the gas pumps at Costco this morning at about 7:30. Going about her business cleaning up after last night's storm made a mess of all the trash cans and wall fixtures...yet as she cleaned, she had a huge smile and kind words for all the people she passed pumping our gas. What a cheerful person to help us start our day as we go about the business of our Saturday chores. I wish I had gotten her name, but I sure hope this comment gets back to her.
