Your store and mgmnt are so incompetent its insane you are still operating. On 3 occasions you can't complete a simple order through door dash. I've already contacted corporate to try and explain how you can be this incompetent. Reading your already low reviews makes me realize I'm not alone in my evaluation.

Although this location seemed a bit short handed due to the state wide shortage of workers, the long line moved extremely fast and the customer service was A+ during the dinner rush. I was also very pleased that my food was perfect and they also didn't charge me for my side of green sauce.

The food was great! I tried their smothered tamales for the first time. Went through the drive thru to order, and the guy taking the order sounded like he would rather be anywhere else, but there. Things didn't improve when I got to the window.I know that working fast food isn't a glamorous job, but if you are...at least try to act like you appreciate the customers that contribute to your job security.

For a semi cheap burger I love to go to Del Taco. The Place is clean always is and food is always hot. They make the food fresh whem you put your order in. Great place to go to.

This is the only Dell taco location that I've been to so far that is absolutely terrible. They don't serve all the menu items all day like the other locations, today they decided to close at 3 PM while all the other Del tacos are open and claim it is for Thanksgiving which is tomorrow, but they didn't block off their drive-through so of course there was several people in the drive thru just waiting for nothing. If you have a choice go to the one located on 59th Ave. off the 101 and you will get great service as well as food.

Sunday it was closed before 9pm, Monday I went through the drive up at 6:30pm and all the lights on the building including the SIGN and parking lot were out looking like it was closed. I made a comment and the woman working said sometimes they close early. 6:30pm is dinner time! If the business has no light on nobody will think its open! She didn't know when they closed but it seemed obvious that she wanted to leave. The tacos were good except the shells were stale and smelled stale, which made them hard to eat.

Been eating at Del Taco for years. I ordered through door dash. No mild sauce like I requested, no napkins, the chicken in the tacos were just as cold as the lettuce in the tacos. The fries were the worst. Saugy, Under cooked and extremely rubbery. I ended up throwing it all in the trash. I'll never eat at this Del Taco again!!! Very dissatisfied Bell rd & 51st Ave

Ordered in the drivethru, and the Cashier who took my order was grossly inattentive. I got the complete wrong order with no modifications. I then had another bad experience. Woman was rude & wouldn’t take my coupon. I’d recommend going to another Del Taco location

Beef queso crunchtada! Didn't disappoint. It was very clean and cashier was sweet. It was very clean inside. Food was hot & fresh. Yum!
Just found a bandaid in our food. Esteban the "manager" there informed me that they don't use band-aids there, was rude, and disrespectful by calling me honey. Probably should do some training with your staff. Calling the health department Monday morning to make a complaint. A simple I'm sorry or not sure how that happened let me fix this for you would have sufficed.

Waited 5 minutes at the speaker without any reply. I said hello 3 times and drove to go to lobby since no one was answering. Come to find lobby is already closed. So you lost my business Hire some more responsible workers.

just got our order and there's a giant bandaid in our frys. called the "manager" Esteban and he rudely told me honey we don't use band-aids here. no sorry nothing. continued to not give me any corporate or franchise contact info.

So I went to Del Taco today (09/04) around 2:18 p.m And honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at A del taco . Whoever this guy was working the drive-through window sounded totally fine when he was taking my order but when I got to the window he said nothing he didn't say hello or how are and when I got my food same thing nothing he didn't say 1 word he just stared at me with a really negative look on his face and he honestly made me feel uncomfortable . I love Del Taco it's one of my favorite places but honestly I will never go to this location again because of the customer service that I got from this man it was absolutely horrible and I understand if you're having a bad day but don't take it out on a customer. I gave him customer service and I'm the customer I said hello I said thank you and everything he said nothing it was crazy to me. Never going back again To that location.

I do not recommend this place at all drive through open only so they rush you through the line don't give you your right orders no condiments no napkins no nothing. So you have to walk back up to the front window and let them know that everything is wrong. Food is not good
