Stale donuts, and watered down hot coco, didn't even ask if I wanted whip cream. My first , and last. $5.75 for 1 donut and small hot water with a bit of coco! I wonder what the coffee is like?

Idk who greeted us. But all my family and I got was a straight face. We said hello and got nothing back. When we spoke with this lady it was almost like she was rolling her eyes at us. Her body language was very uninviting. She looked like the manager if not one of the older service staff. The young man I spoke to and young lady were very polite and even had a conversation with us. These two are the only reason two stars is given. The restaurant was clean, and the selection of cups were neat. I got an unsweetened iced tea. Just an iced tea so to each their own on the food and drink products.

Though they have gotten a bit better they are far beyond being successful. Nikki is amazing but that is all. And they no longer offer pup cups but will charge. So now anytime I have my puppies with me I go to Starbucks. Plus overall Starbucks is just a nicer place and people!

After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes they informed us that they had no donuts and to have a nice day. This is on a Sunday at 950am! When asked for a manager they said he wouldn't be in till the following Friday, and we're completely rude and condescending! Don't waste your time here!!
Wow!! I cannot believe the experience I had on the Lord's day! We wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Then, we get to the window where we were informed that they are all out of donuts. Hmm, weird, how does that happen!? It's like Starbucks running out of coffee!? Anyway, we get to the window, and the amazingly rude and condescending employee doesn't know what day it is, or when the manager would be there for us to rectify the situation. Some snide remarks were made about us from this young man, I'm sure his mom is proud! Next time, I'll go to QT down the street, their donuts are always available and just as stale as Dunkin!

I decided to try out their vanilla bean Coolatta and a chocolate donut. While I was helping my blind friend with the menu, there was an amiable employee there who would tell us how much certain items cost after taxes. The Coolatta was of below average quality but the donut was tasty at least.
