Me and my girlfriend are homeless due to us having abusive parents and it was cold and raining so we took refuge inside Dunkin until it got warm while we was in here we were mocked received racist remarks from the staff and customers and were stared at like some sort of criminals by mostly the manager and a handful of the staff for a few uncomfortable minutes and because of people complaining about us being in the establishment they kicked us out with no reason except keeping their customers happy i paid for a banana bread for my girlfriend so we at least paid for something to be in here but I guess since their other customers can pay more because they've had years to get that type of money that's the diffrence I've even witnessed the staff handling the donuts without gloves and after reading the comments im beyond disgusted how they seem to always burn the bagels and how someone found two different strands of hair in their doughnuts it's probably not the first time don't come here

can’t get my order right ever. today they gave me some other ladies mobile order and when my boyfriend went in to fix it they gave him a medium of my drink with cold foam! i ordered a LARGE ICED CARMEL LATTE LESS ICE! that isn’t hard at all. they mess up my drink so often now that i’m writing a review because even when i asked for it fixed it is still wrong.

Just a pregnant girly trying to satisfy my cravings before work, I get up to the window and my food is practically thrown at me but thankfully I looked in the bag and only received part of my order so I waited for that which wasn’t long but still make sure the customer is receiving their full orderAnd then I notice more of my order was missing, she’s in such a rush that she didn’t even take the rest of my order and unfortunately I have to be at work so I couldn’t wait around for it.Slow down a little bit!!!

Service was unexpectedly great! Hubby was craving milk, but was far from any supermarket and asked me to get some if DD would give it to me, and they did! No problem! Sometimes even little things make the rest of your day in a very positive way.

I always order my coffee ahead via the app & never had a problem. I hope the poor staff others mention may have all been replaced, as I haven't had a problem at the drive thru & have regularly been greeted with a smile. Only went inside a few times to pickup my order and haven't had any issues inside either.

The employees here are THE most rude and disrespectful staff I've came across in a LOOONG time. We go to dunkin multiple times a week but never experienced the staff like on Sunday Feb 4th. The lady at the window refused to help me with my order and when the manager came he said "I don't know" and gave me a price for something I didn't want. I canceled the whole order. The staff here that day have no place working in customer service. Ultimately drove to a different location and they had no problem getting it right and ended up being $5 less.
I had a great experience at this dunkin donuts. The crew that served me were outstanding, attentive, and courteous I appreciate them, they made my morning so much better. Thank youVegetarian options: I enjoyed the avocado toast, I recommend it.

I found 2 different hairs in my order both where baked into the donuts. Like how can a place be up to code if 2 types of hair are in donuts. I did a online order so I won't be doing that again and I don't feel like anything was tasting well enough for the price. Was really hoping to enjoy them since i have not had them in over 10 years but I guess disappoint is what I was left with.
