Yesterday 04/28/2024 at 820-830 am, I have ordered three bagels with avocado, tomatoes and eggs and they put avocado and tomatoes only on one . Next time I will open the bag in front of them to make sure they followed the order correctly . I was ashamed because I bought these for one of my friend and I wanted something more healthy. Disappointed ?

This site sucks. I went in to order a bagel and the counter kid says...oh we dont have your bagel in stock and he said our toaster is broken. Also...unfriendly and they dont want to work. Noone in the place at all...no customers..

This is the worst location ever. Do not go here. The toaster doesn't work. The soda machine doesn't work. The manager, Bryan, is wearing a t-shirt. No gloves. Bryan wouldn't let me pick my bagels because he can't go back and charge me extra, on a 13 pack. I asked to get a refund, then charged again, and he refused. The experience was horrible. And the 1 person doing everything was rude.

Taylor Tyler? Was a real considerate pro at fixing an order when ubereats dropped the ball. He went above and beyond customer service by making the order for me when usually drivers just cancel. He got me out quickly .the custy got their breakfast and i didnt lose a delivery Thank you?

We had a Saturday morning breakfast from here and it was very good. My husband had the chorizo burrito and really liked it. Our muffins were soft and moist. Cream cheese on my bagel was so yummmmy ?

Every time I come here there’s always something wrong we’re not working or not available. Food takes way too long, And things either don’t work or out or just unavailable, but only at this location. Staff is always very friendly and apologetic for any issues. Maybe just a problem with poor management.

Filthy filthy filthy! This owner can care less about how this place looks because after reading all the terrible reviews it’s been over 2 years plus and the place hasn’t had one cleaning since!!! There’s a photo of the menu sign that is still broken hanging on its side, every table filthy, carpet loaded with debris and tons of crumbs, the floors are gross, crumbs and seeds all over the front counter , so much dirt under the bagel slicer, actual dust balls hanging out of the vents under the bagel shelves! I actually told the manager to start cleaning immediately!! It was really beyond filth!! Were is the board of health???? This was the 7942 w bell location and Barry was the manager!I’m so very dissatisfied disappointed and grossed out…it doesn’t shock me that there were so many reviews like mine! I will NOT BE BACK!
