Ordered an "8 piece mixed" and got only 6 mediocre pieces instead! Apparently they can't count to 8 because they also shorted me 4 tortillas. Last time we went to this location they were out of chicken entirely at 7pm on a Thursday...prob not going to this location anymore! Called to complain and couldn't even get an apology!

I ordered a family meal and probably won't be trying pollo loco for a while. The chicken was so small and dry. Literally as if all the juice was sucked out of the chicken or if the chicken was old and they decided to get rid of it by giving it to the pick up customer. The rice was also very hard as if it was left out for a while or maybe undercooked. I wish I would have had enough time to drive back and complain in person. I loved pollo loco but I was very disappointed with my recent experience.

So these burritos are just too American. I didn't taste any chicken.loaded with rice n pinto beans is all I tasted. Guacamole was just in the middle of it all. For the price,,,NOT GOOD ENOUGH. PRICES HAVE GONE UP, THESE PPL HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND MAKE SOMETHING WE ALL WANT TO EAT. HIGH PRICES DONT GO WITH CHEAP FOOD.

The friendliest people in town. Service is always excellent as is their food. Best choices and reasonably priced Try the Classic salads. Outstanding pico. Avocado. I will be a regular. Not your typical drive thru restaurant. Check it out! They also deliver and cater.
