Tonight we went there, my husband wanted Mexican food. I was hungry, id been sleeping for 18 hours, I just went thru surgery on thursday, definitely not fun, so we decided home base filibertos, we didn't much of a wait, my husband and I ordered. We waited maybe 6 mins for the food to be handed to us. I was too tired and sore to go through everything as normal, we get home and come to find out.. my order was missing the sour cream I requested, and paid for. My corn tortilla was very hard on the bottom. I couldn't even crunch it. Too tough also. The rice was not very flavorful, not enough sauce tonight. Very nice employees.Normally: It's hit and miss in drive through. But I always get very good. Tender, flavorful, perfectly baked corn tortilla, never over.Tip: 1 person handles all condiments, drinks, quick sides, then hands the food to the window person as it's ready. They'll bag it when its all together checked for accuracy. Before she/he/they/them bag the food they check the food with the receipt, they personally bag it and they put their initials on the receipt. They'll keep taking orders, but have a quick enough pause to do the food to receipt check and initial.I wish every restaurant with a drive thru would do that, to have the best service possible. Would give a ZERO on everything. The employee I talked to was very rude and seemed to think the whole issue with my order was amusing, literally laughing. I went into the store to get a refund because my order was wrong holding the food and the receipt in hand showing them, and she didn't believe me. When I made sure to let her know my wife got the food. She then demanded I get my wife who was sitting in the car with our 4 small children and having a disability to come in the store. When my wife came in, she then changed her additute and began saying there's nothing wrong with the order and wouldn't do anything about it. I repeated myself again and tried to get help but instead was met with her now suddenly claiming that it was a language barrier even though my wife and I had talked to her, and she responded without issue. After that, she began to laugh and say she won't help, never once apologizing or trying to find a solution. The whole thing was upsetting. She just made it feel like she was just trying to instigate problems for her own amusement. She said her name was supposedly Alandra.

Do not go to this location. Took my card I had to go in three times insisting they had it before it was given back to me. I tore apart my entire car to make sure I really didn’t have it walked the drive thur to ensure I didn’t drop it when I went in the third and final time to insist they still had it the cashier picked it off the counter and simply stated “I’m sorry” with absolutely no explanation.

The location at 15602 N 35th Ave has horrible customer service. Waiting at drive thru, car in front of me has food given to them after already being there a long time. They stay longer so I think they have more coming. They don't & slowly begin pulling away. I tap my horn at that point. I ask at the window if they can see when customers are waiting in line since the lady in front of me had just stayed there talking to the girl at the window. I'm told yes they knew I was waiting but that was the manager who was giving them instructions! I said that's horrible service, especially from a mgr, who should have gone inside instead of making me wait while she gave instructions through the window. The girl asks if I want to cancel my order, I say no but that I won't be back. She says that's my problem & slams the window. Then when she hands me my food, she just slams the window again. There's actually a note on their window asking for reviews! There are plenty of Filiberto's around, don't go to this one! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tired of the lack of respect & horrible customer service these days.

People were friendly, and helped us right away. It was taco Tues. We got both chicken and beef hard tacos. Although food was good, tacos seemed a bit light on fillings. It was nice to see sauce available for self serve and there were many varieties. The ONLY things I wasn't thrilled with were: Tacos are now $1.99. An increase I can understand, but a full dollar? Also, in the past on Taco tues, you could get a soft taco instead of hard shell taco for their taco tues special, now they will charge you full price for that. The seating? There were no booths, and chairs were uncomfortable. Floorplan seemed too open, no privacy like when u have a booths. The beef tacos were overcooked in some parts, making them really dried out, that takes away some of the flavor. Overall though food was good, we will return. Hopefully they read reviews, if so thanks for great customer service, we will be back and try other weekday specials...which during the week they do have btw!Parking: Plenty of parking & handicap accessible.

Horrible experience. Asked for a combo deal but got charged ala carte prices. Was given the total but got charged more because she "forgot to charge me" for another product. Then got charged 3% more for using my card for payment. Ok food but "hot" sauce is terribly bland.They'll still make their money but not from me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Good service but my carne asada fries are nasty . Fried are hard and not hot , the meat it burnt and not enjoyable .
