I came here late at night not realizing I would stumble upon such an amazing gem! It’s a husband and wife that runs this food truck, and they are the most sweetest, welcoming people ever! Everything is obviously made with love and I appreciated that everything is made from scratch right there. The salsa and everything! As soon as I took my first bite, I just melted. They had a limited edition torta with bread that was fresh from Mexico. I came on taco Tuesday, so I ordered one of their cheese and potato tacos as well. Both were absolutely amazing. Flavor so good it tasted straight out of abuelita’s kitchen ❤️
