Ok, I'm updating my review. I eat at this location 1-2 times per month. Every single time there are issues with the drive through. This isn't hyperbole, literally every trip there are issues. Unable to correctly copy my order, forgetting items, charging me for a different car's order, etc. Each time I end up waiting at the window for several minutes while my burger gets cold. When the restaurant was new I figured it was just that. New restaurant, new crew, new city with new customers. I think it's been enough time to get the kinks worked out.Food is still good. Except the fries. Why are they both skinny and an inch and half long? After the workers smash them into the cup it's more work than it's worth to eat them.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! When we walked in there was a small line, but not a big deal. The bad part was that there was one cashier trying to get orders while the line kept getting longer and longer. There should have been another cashier up there helping her. When we finally ordered and got our food, we realized there were no forks (we got chilli cheese fries) and when we asked how we were supposed to eat them, the person laughed and said we should use a spoon. We asked for the manager, and he said he was the manager. The manager, laughing at our genuine question. That’s seriously unprofessional. Plus, everyone knew there was a fork shortage (they hadn’t had any for two days) so when we ordered these fries, nobody said “Sorry, we don’t have forks to eat those with. Is that okay or can we get you something else?” No, nobody asked. The times we had gone before the service wasn’t great, but this was the straw that broke the camels back. My burger was overdone and my cheese curds were burnt and dry. I couldn’t eat all of them because they were so dry. Please do not go here unless you want mediocre food and unprofessional workers who don’t seem to have common sense.

First Time Customer via Uber Eats. Wish they had this place in Christown! First Impressions Cheese Curds- What if they turn these breaded cheese curds into Poutine? Beef gravy w/ large cut fries and cheese curds. Double Burger- I love how raw onions are cut as well as the pickles. The burger is good. Not oily. Chocolate Shake- It's really good. It's better to have a smaller shake so you don't get overwhelmed by your meal. The portion size of this meal is perfect. I love a good combo meal and sometimes when something is good, it's best to keep it this way. A good burger is as good as the freshness of raw onions and pickles. As I bite this burger the crunch of the onion & pickles is what makes this good.

This location absolutely sucks! Waited in the drive thru for over 30 min, just to pull up with cold fries and a burger. The whole staff looked confused, I was missing a kid meal tender, instead of handing me 2 tenders, they handed me someone else’s order that’s had more tenders and fries in the bag, I simply told them it’s the wrong order and they just let me take it. Also looked like a bunch of teenagers working with no authority, I will not be coming back to this location.

The new crispy chicken club was very good with Swiss, bacon and mayo. Onion rings are always good too.

Really enjoyed the brand new Crispy Chicken club sandwich. It has Swiss cheese, bacon,mayo and good quality tomatoes and a thin chicken patty. The onion rings were on point also, but it did cost almost $15.
