The atmosphere was charming. The service was prompt and friendly. The pizza tasted very good. The crust especially was on par with the best I've eaten. I can't believe how quiet the restaurant was with how great the food is.Parking: Plentiful

M u st have changed ownership. Ordered pizza and received un recognizable dough. No sauce and a few strands of tasteless cheese. Would have helped to have it hot. Think this owner should save his Pennies and call it a day. clearly worst pizza I've ever had. Those reviews liking this place were paid or bribed.

We've been to Papi's twice, trying to give it a chance after the new ownership change. Sadly their pizza is god awful. The sauce is sweet and unappealing and the crust is bland. Their wings were decent but both times our food took nearly 50 mins to prepare in the restaurant when it was not busy at all. They truly ruined a great place and we will never be back.

Great pizza and great service! Can't wait to try some other items off the menu like the wings and chicken parmesan. Good drink specials and happy hour. Kevin is the best!

New ownership experience a couple of weeks ago was not even close to good. Gave the previous "go to place" a second try for delivery. Spoke to Noah and placed order, everything was perfect. Even better when Noah actually delivered the order. Renewed faith in the restaurant! I'll keep going to and ordering delivery, but if I don't get Noah, I'll be hesitant. This guy listens and gets it!

Beyond disappointed and confused by other reviews. How they have one good review blows my mind. Our food looked like it came from a different restaurant than the pictures in reviews. We saw good reviews tried it and what a waste of money. By far the worst pizza and wings I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Costco pizza ranks higher. The pizza was greasy, hard, flavorless, cold (we picked up exactly on time) and truly had no redeeming qualities. The wings were dry the sauce was just sitting on the bottom of the box I dipped into and it just tasted bad. Extremely disappointed by this, it was shockingly bad like I truly couldn’t believe it. My husband picked up inside and said they were nice at least

Graziano's is no more. We went on vacation and we came back, Graziano's had been replaced by Papi's Pizza. No familiar faces. Menu reduced. No pizza slices. No screaming happy hour deals. I'm so disappointed. We'll see how Papi's is and I'll leave a separate review for them. September 7, 2022.

Tried the new owners pizza... So salty, that I could not eat it. It is so sad, Graziano's used to be a once a week (some times more) place. I will not be back. Horrible pizza

I loved this when place when it was Graziano's. Now it just sucks. I've never had a pizza that was inedible until I had the one from Papi's. I didn't know it was possible to make a dry pie, but they did it. The crust is very strange, like compressed cardboard. We also tried the wings. Mediocre at best. After many years of patronage, we will not be returning.

Inedible pizza. This rating is for Papi's pizza, the new owners. Graziano's was amazing, 5 stars! The pizza is now dry, tastes like the dough is old and has been left out for days. Go elsewhere

WARNING : Not Graziano's any longer. It's now Papi's pizza and the hacks that took over have absolutely ruined the place. Pizza stinks now and the Clam Chowder has been ruined. Had been in 3-4X a month and always had delivery 2X a month. Stevies across the street has always been lousy too so now I gotta find new Pizza spot in Arrowhead / 59th area. Thanks for ruining a once nice place, papi.

The worst Italian place I’ve visited. Cheap store bought pasta and sauce that is clearly from the jar. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place is the worst. Coming from an Italian, btw.

Always a pleasure at Graziano's, aside from being a family owned business and having decent customer service the food is always above expectation. I'd have to recommend their ring of fire wing sauce for those spice fanatics and the brownies on the counter remind of my grandparents quality of sweets.
