First time here. Ordered a sandwich, fries and drink. Charged separately, not the combo price. Whatever, so I paid a little more but the problem I had is the sandwich is small, hardly any meat and the "wiz" is spicy. Its almost like a nacho cheese sauce. Not what is supposed to go on a cheesesteak.

Order to go, cook completing the order got put our food on a tray. He got upset when I asked for containers. Food had no flavor will never order food from here again.

I ordered original Philly cheesesteak thinking it is going to be a Philly cheesesteak but yet it's just steak onions and cheese where's the peppers and the white cheese and stuff why do I get cheddar cheese on it I will not be going back to eat there also I'm going to dispute it with my bank to get my money back they don't want to answer the phone no wonder why you got a bad rating not to mention you can't even call the place the phone is on beeping mode iam thinking of telling food Inspector to check it out as well as my lawyer the food also was discussed too it tasted sour as well I try to call and call and they never would answer the phone next time I go to mall iam give them a pice of my.mi d this place need to be shut down its no good plz plz plz ppl don't eat there it'd nasty I even one Time seen product on the floor not in fridge also they was open to and to the guy why not here Taking orders for food he said. Not open but I was there at 11am that when I said I take my business ells where he said what ever that should been a sing not to go back there to eat and did a few days later to get lunch for me and my wife

Haven't had one of their sandwiches in years. It wasn't as good as I remember them, but still delicious.
Food smelled good, but customer service. The cooks can chat with themselves but cannot tell me "someone would be right with you". When someone finally comes to the register the lil bland emotion chap just looks me upside my head. Says nothing, just looks, sips her drink.... says nothing.... no smile. Dear CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Terrible service, I was excited for my first time to try great steak and immediately was let down. I was waiting on line and noticed no one was working the register and the line was starting to wrap around the corner and doringer or doringa was her name she's a heavy set short woman with black hair who is an employee there yells "we're closed" as she's stands around the grill and seems like she was mad that we wanted to order, it's only 6:30 and I asked why they're were closed and she said the cook had to step out but there was two other employees just standing there watching us stand in line and DID NOTHING. So to the owner of this establishment you should know when one employee takes a break the rest of them stop working as well. I asked if when one employee takes a break why is no one else working and Doringa screamed at me to take my business somewhere else over and over in front of the customers. The manager Erik finally stepped him and made the meal himself this is a disgusting employee attitude to have never again. She even tried to charge me for sauce!!! Erick stepped in again and gave it to me, highly disappointed

Stood there 15 minutes with the line moving only 2 people. The grill only had 2 sandwiches cooking at a time. Need a faster cashier, or a bettwr cook.

My wife, son and I ended up getting food poisoning from this location. Looks like they leave ingredients sitting out and not fresh. Portions were ok but honestly don't think it matters if you are going to get sick. Personally will not be coming back or recommend this place to anyone.

My fiancé and I decided to come to the mall to eat some food with my family. Me and my friend got our food from across the mall and we also got food from another place and we got both of our meals before they came to the front. I said excuse me multiple times and one guy came out and said we're on break, 15 minutes passed and I called out to them again and a girl comes out and says we're getting stuff from our truck. Mind you there is 4 workers and that is not what they said to begin with. 10 minutes all 4 workers come out and one of the female workers starts yelling at me saying I don't need to be disrespectful. For one I said excuse me 3 times because there was multiple people in line and many of them left due to waiting for them to come out. They simply could have said we're getting stuff from our truck and will be out in 30 minutes and that would've solved the issue. I don't think it's very professional to have an attitude and yell across the way to a customer because you decided it was to inconvenient for you to come out and let us know you are doing work related things and could have given us an eta of when this would be done. They decided to speak badly about me and say things about me and stare at me from afar. My fiancé could hear everything they were saying and in Spanish so that he or any of the other customers would not understand.

Staff was very friendly, food was small portion, the Philly had nacho cheese leaving me a bit confused. For a $10.00 sandwich they could of used the right cheese.
