I've been a long time customer, I thought I was good friends with manager I always purchase my hot wings from him and I asked if he could give me a deal he proceeded to agree and give me a discount. It's usually $25 but he said he'll take care of me if I just come down to the store. When I go pick up the food, I was still about to be charged $25 but I spoke up and said the owner said $22 but then I see the owner has my order under as "cheap Muslim". I give him my hard earn money and loyalty and behind my back he talks about his customers like this. This is unprofessional and I will never be returning here again!!

I just can't minus a star if something didn't meet my taste bud requirements. The suicide wings were not spicy at all, but the Stromboli was tasty. I have been here before and sometimes they can have a rude demeanor but lets face it people are probably rude to them first. This isn't a Michelin restaurant it's just some New York food. I would love to see how some people would actually handle New York Restaurants or more their Bodegas. Haha but yeah Pizza, and Strombolis are great but need them to make the wings spicy (may have gotten the wrong ones who knows.) Thank you for dinner and dessert. Oh and stop complaining about deliveries it's the rideshare companies fault not theirs. They don't make it usually till the driver gets there to make sure it isn't cold for you.
#Word Hands down Gus's is the best pizza spot in Phoenix, but they are so much more than pizza! They have the best & freshest toppings with so many to choose from also they have a great sauce & real good dough. There are so many items on the menu sometimes I'm overwhelmed by there menu. Many spots in my area dont deliver at night but Gus does. Also the delivery area is huge, & a great staff with great customer service.Dietary restrictions: No pork products.Parking: Huge parking lot.

My wife and I happened to stumble on this pizza place ,normally she will not touch a pepperoni pizza but the pizza was so delicious she asked me to find it again and so tonight IT'S GUS'S NEW YORK PIZZA..and the prices are a deal 6 dollars for two slices and a drink and they are not small slices either..

I got a flyer on my door and decided to order an XL pizza and wings. The delivery driver couldn't find my house, I tried to help him with directions, and he would yell at me, saying he was outside my house (he was not). When I finally got my order, the pizza was wrong, and the wings had very little sauce. No flavor. I'm very disappointed, I've had gus at other locations and it was good quality.

Took them 45 min to make a small pizza, it wasn’t even cooked , I took it back asked for a refund . The owner said he refunded me , but he did not . Place is

We loved our pizza and wings. For this price it was perfect ?. Wings were good size too. We had the honey BBQ flavor, mmmm. The pepperoni pizza ? was cheezy and the sauce was tasty too. We will be back for sure. Service was respectful and caring. Highly recommend this place!!!
I like this place. They serve extra large slices. But the way they r made it doesn't give the cheese enough time to melt like I like it. I understand it is hard to make a giant pie n keep it ready for slices but it would help the quality. They r a solid 7 in pizza..I'm there twice a month.
Pizza was overpriced, the employees were cussing and very unprofessional, will not recommend this place, highly priced, not worth the money or

I’m so disappointed at the wings we got tonight , we order 8 xl pizzas and 130 pc wings , pizzas were ok we had better pizza when we ordered 4 pies,I got to say we got the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life I’m not joking it look like pigeon wings, it’s like the wings you get from Popeyes but smaller. They were so small they were able to fit 130 wings in 4 styrofoam containers. Super disappointed because they were our go to pizza and wings and they also deliver with a small fee.I wasn’t going to put up this review but I think everyone needs to be aware of this they gave us great service over the phone but man everyone at my shop was so disappointed. I cant believe it ! Moving forward I hope you guys realize that to keep a loyal customer you need to make sure every meal you serve is right, tonight wasn’t it. Thank you for doing business with you!
