Ice cream is great and service was good. We ordered our 6 year old a small scoop of cookies and cream on a cup topped with gummy bears. That small scoop ran us up almost $8! Yikes!, kinda pricey for such a small scoop. But that's on us because we were well aware of the price beforehand. Will we go again? No sitting area for paying customers. The manager or whoever she was happily sat down, no mask and appeared to be a customer. When approached she coldly, bluntly stated that the area was closed. It wasnt until she made eye contact that her tone changed. If she's a manager shes setting a terrible example of customer service. And terrible communication. Häagen-Dazs is probably my most favorited ice cream parlors in the world. I usually get their Dulce de Leche Split and it's pure heaven in your mouth. The Dulce de Leche milkshake isn't too bad either. I've been to this location twice and Brianna served me both times. I wish more servers were like her because she makes the whole experience enjoyable. She's very generous with the samples and suggests really good flavors. Thank you Brianna!
