Update: So after waiting 45 minutes I decided to try a trick I saw elsewhere. I looked up their number online and called it. I hadn't realized their phone would be right next to my table.So I chuckled a little when the manager that answered looked straight at me from only 3 ft away ? I kindly asked for my refill I had been waiting on. I imagine they didn't see that coming, but when there's nothing better to do than wait for coffee... ? To the server...4 times you came over specifically to say you could take the payment, and 4 times I said "ok thank you "... but never once did the empty cup/carafe stack of silliness I kept rearranging specially for you catch your attention ? . In my day, all it took was an empty cup at the edge of the table to get a refill nearly immediately... what happened to service? All this talk of higher wages, and tips for everything, but NO service etiquette??! Oh well... we had fun rearranging the containers nonetheless! Pancakes were good too!Why do they teach servers not to tend to patrons after giving them a bill? Answer, to passively force them to leave! When a person gets coffee, and for a refill, but gets a bill... has a server ask 3 times if the patron is ready to pay, but refuses fill the coffee carafe... that's not good service at all!!!!Been waiting now for 45 minutes to get my coffee. This is ridiculous. Can I please get my refill already???

The food was delicious big portions and the waitress was amazing
We walked in and the host took us to our table.On the way, he dropped one of the menus, stepped on it, then placed it on our table.You could never teach anyone older than a 5 year old that you do not drop something, step on it then expect me to eat there.Disgusting people. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is.Pigs.I reached out to corporate, they said that they would get back to me within 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks.

They need to clean their orange juice machine. I got sick and couldn't eat my breakfast because there was bacteria in my orange juice. I was sick for two days afterwards.
Though I generally did enjoy the experience, I do believe its fair to mention I ordered strawberries with whipped cream for my son, which never arrived at our table, and needed to request it to be taken off our bill. I understand that staff can become very busy and overwhelmed at times, so I'm not too upset over this dessert never showing. As we progress into the future, I understand that things change and everything starts to become modernized, however I miss the days where the staff utilized a pen and notepad, taking order felt so much faster as opposed to tapping on a screen relentlessly for a single order. The staff did an amazing job regardless.Vegetarian options: Able to substitute meats with veggies, a few veggies optionsKid-friendliness: Kids menus and crayons, keeps kids busy, friendly staff
