Very slow at 10 pm and it just feels like the quality of food has gone down. It all seems overly processed and just like a bunch of chemicals deep fried and slathered in ranch to make it palatable. I'm not sure if I'm the one who has changed or if the food really has. I just don't enjoy it any longer.
I never have a problem at this location except for today I went there ordered my food and the woman who is currently working in the drive-thru has a big attitude decides to grab the card practically throw my bag at me and then slam her window again awful customer service!!!!!!!!

**Edit** I reached out after they replied and got no response back.Since beginning of this month I’ve ordered 5 times via Uber eats from this location. 3 out of the 5 times my tacos were not included. The rest of the food on most occasions was made to order meaning it was fresh. This is really disappointing, I started ordering from this location because a closer one screwed up even more frequently.

They have hired SEVERAL people illegally using my ssn (illegal immigrants). Police arrested and deported ONE and the rest fled. This was one of the several JIB locations they worked at...9 total people using my ssn which delayed SSDI when i was applying and going on hospice care. Jack in the box you have made My life difficult and it's state law to use Everify. Stop hurting illegal immigrants..ITS ILLEGAL. I've talked with payroll corporate so they're aware and police have done all they can since "this issue is soooo common in arizona".
